Ateco #858 Deep Closed Star Pastry Tip - Stainless Steel

I’ve been using a star tip for so many years and I wished I had found this sooner. It works great for piping frosting on cupcakes and cakes.

I briefly thought about taking away one star because of all the money and calories this is going to cost me. Now that my wife has the tips she wants she's started cranking out cupcakes and full sized cakes. SOMEONE has to buy the butter, sugar, flower, etc. and SOMEONE has to EAT the stuff....Oh well. It's the price we pay for happy wives ;-) She loves the tip.

Purchased as a birthday gift for daughter in law who has cookie business. This is NOT a set, as pictured. It is a single tip!!! So, either the picture is intentionally deceptive, or the wrong sku was placed in the wrong "bin" in the warehouse, or the picker picked incorrectly....either way, my daughter in law was happy with it, so it's a happy ending for us, but might not be for somebody else who orders, thinking they are getting a set.

The piping tip I purchased arrived on time and undamaged. I am very satisfied with the purchased.

I was very disappointed, I thought I was purchasing all the tips in the picture, there should have only been the picture of the tip I purchased, $6.50 for 1 tip is outrageous!!!! I’ll definitely read the fine print in the future!!!

Piping tip arrived quickly, but the teeth on it are much closer than the image portrayed. Plus, almost half the teeth on the tip I received are bent.
