I’ve been taking BioAstin on and off for over 10 years and what I found is it accumulates in the system so after taking it for a month I noticed huge improvements with iHealth skin health, brain health, and even overall recovery. My eyes see better and my skin looks and feels better. I can recover quickly from too much sun exposure by having this. I got the vegan version for peri-menopausal symptoms, specifically hives (immunity). If it helped my eyestrain and worsening farsightedness, I'd consider that a bonus. I took the first capsule Sunday evening, and by Monday morning the hives were gone. After two weeks of taking one capsule per day, I would say my vision is at least 20% improved. It has also improved the hyperpigmentation along my cheeks by at least 50%. I had not even realized this was something it could do! I've never experienced the benefits of a supplement so quickly and effectively. I'm fairly blown away and recommending it to everyone.

After taking this for 2 weeks I started to see a change in my skin. I was surprised. A friend recommended this particular brand. They are easy to swallow. Do not have any stomach issues with taking them as recommended with food. Energy is up a little. Will continue to take these. I like the way my skin looks now.
