I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson, who is obsessed with recycling trucks...and every other type of truck. He loves the truck, however the discs that come with it don’t roll up into the truck, nor does anything else. I have tried many different things to try to get the spiral scoops to move the “trash” up into the truck, but most things get stuck. Sometimes we get lucky, but more often than not, we have to thump the truck to get the “trash” unstuck.

My son loves the garbage truck.Good Things1) The push and release function is great. Very little push is needed to make it roll.2) good realistic music3) hydraulic to lift the carriageNeeds improvement1) The crank in the back to move the garbage into the truck is a slightly bad design. 2 rollers rotate is opposite direction making pieces getting stuck.The garbage objects are paper. Plastic objects might be a better, but at the same time we need to be careful about kids swallowing small objects. I am not sure what is the best alternative.

Bought this for my son for Christmas because I work in garbage! Should have spent more and got a side loader. This truck is a pain in the... the paper it comes with just jams up in the truck making it impossible to spin the wheels. The video showed it working very smooth! Def not a user error. Very disappointed.

My 2.5 year always got excited when he was watching the garbage truck to dump out the bins every Tuesday morning. So I’ve been looking for a garbage truck toy for a long time. I am very happy with this one. This truck toy is sturdy and looks very authentic. The buttons on the top of the cab play the sounds of the real thing. Besides, this toy includes 4 different colored garbage bins and 4 cards with all kinds of garbage, which can help kids to learn garbage sorting from an early age. My kid was thrilled when he saw it and has been played with it for hours every day since it arrived.

Great recycle truck. My 2 yr old boy and 5 yr old girl both enjoy it.

Birthday Boy Liked it !. I didn't play with it, but did assemble it; assembly was a little tricky, as directions were not easily understood from drawing.

I got this for my son who is two and a half. He loves seeing the garbage truck come by during the week, and he loves this toy! He has been playing with it every day for two weeks now. It is a little tough at time to crank garbage mover in the back, but that depends on how the garbage lands when it's dumped there. This is a GREAT toy and far surpassed my expectations!!!

Doesn’t make trucks sounds, has Chinese music instead. There’s also no instructions so I had to just come back to Amazon to see what the sticks were for and how to hang the garbage cans. Overall, my three and four year old loves the truck. The quality is also not too bad.
