iConheli Interactive R/C Helicopter

This helicopter cannot even take off 1 inch from the ground. Its battery lasts for not more than 1-2 minutes in the beginning. You are buying a fan rather than a flying object. I bought this item 5 months ago and used it for 1-2 times a month but now its battery does not charge up; it seems the rechargeable battery is dead by just recharging it for 10-12 times. Overall I do not recommend this item what so ever. Its battery is awful and the product does not work after using it for less than 12 times.

This helicopter has not worked since I bought it..

The helicopter was marked down to $17.95 just after the holidays by the seller BEST DEALS EVA. Failed to even charge or respond. A complete waste of a round-trip shipping costs of $15 ($4.88 to ship and $10.20 to return). Now the toy is marked up to $45, which is probably for toys that function properly. Let's hope this is the case, since my son's toy was a flop.

Worked great with ipad and seems fairly durable, however, I do not recommend crashing it into ceiling fans

I got the helicopter for christmas and plugged it in to charge. I waited about 2 hours and the light was still on and thought "ok, maybe it takes a long time to charge the first time." I waited another 4 hours (a total of 6 hour charge time) and the green charge light was still on. I figured I would give it a shot and unplug to see if it had any charge. It didn't even turn on or flicker a light saying the battery was dead. The paper in it said not to return it to the store but to contact woddon toys. I emailed. No response after 5 days. I emailed again. No response and its been about a week. Now I'm leaving a nasty review to see if they respond and to alert everyone else to the amount of suck this product and company has.

The Iconheli I use with my iPhone 4. I wanted a learning device before I bought a F645 RC 4 channel helicopter.Let me tell you that I crashed into everything imaginable learning and that Iconheli kept flying. It was a good learning tool for me and it helped as I moved on to a bigger MJX F645.The wind will take your Iconheli sailing if you don't stay with it. It was a lot of fun overall.I recommend it as a learning tool or just to fly around the home or office. You only have a short flying time but you'll be all smiles while flying.I am 58 so you are never too young despite what our significant others say. Have fun and don't pay attention to them. Life is too short!

Bought two of these for Xmas and they were a huge hit. I was worried the controls wouldn't work well since you just use the ipod screen, but even the little kids were able to pilot pretty precisely.The helicopter can accelerate up, down, forward and back with ease. The frame seems to be solid and so far holds up well to household crashes.The best thing about the icon heli is there is no need for additional batteries!It takes about 25 minutes or so for a full charge, and the flight time is over ten minutes. Much better battery power than other similar sized helicopters I've tried.We used this toy with ipod 4 and newest ipad mini with no problems.
