Close to excellent. Great taste though softer than others?
1. These are pretty close to having the proper flavour youโd find in Europe, which is great. And something Iโve been looking for in North America for a long time!!2. They are weirdly soft. Which is okay. Just different from others.3. For the price the quantity is very poor. I get enough for maybe two and a half bagel and cheese sandwiches! :(Iโd rate these 3.6/5.

Authenit and organic, a great option if price is no issue.
Living in NYC for 30 plus years, I'm never too far from Little Italy or Eataly, and, growing up in a neighborhood that was half Italian, I know good sun-dried tomatoes for decades.Frankly, these are as flavorful as any canned/bottled sun-dried tomatoes I've had. The flavor is very good, but a decent step away from true fresh sun-dried tomatoes like one would find in a deli or restaurant in Little Italy. They have a bit of an aftertaste - probably the ascorbic acid - but the tomatoes themselves are well flavored and textured.Overall, I am impressed with these and if I ended up somewhere that I could not get fresh sun-dried tomatoes, I would be a regular customer.I use sun-dried tomatoes on bruschetta.

Rich Flavor
These sundried tomatoes come in a very tiny jar.The price of over $12 per one small jar a little high, but considering it is an imported product from Italy justifies it.I enjoyed the flavor. It is rich and the tomatoes are organic, which probably add to the flavor.I enjoy using sundried tomatoes in a dish I like to make occasionally, it takes spaguetti, olive oil, marinated artichokes and of course, sun dried tomatoes. It delicious and so easy to make. Try it!

Very expensive for such a tiny jar
I was surprised by how tiny the jar is when it arrived. For how much it costs ($11.99), even it's organic i still think it's way overpriced.Let's talk about how it tastes, it doesn't look very appetizing at all to be honest, I gave it a small bite, surprisingly not bad, it is a very rich flavor. There are so many recipes you can try it with, I put it in my taco soup, chicken soup, and even pizzas. I am happy with how well it goes with so many options.I do see the price went down to 5.34 by the time I'm writing this review. I would recommend to give it a try for this price.

Rich and delicious, authentic Italian flavor!
Organic Sundried Tomatoes by legnanoโฆ๐ Oh my, yes please! Sundried tomatoes are a favorite for meโฆ salad's, pastas, and as a pizza topping!! I knew I had to try these...๐ This 6.3 oz glass jar arrived in excellent condition! It was well packaged to protect it during shipping.๐ Organic sundride tomatoes packed in sunflower oil. Other ingredients include water, wine vinegar, salt, citric acid and absorbic acid. This is an all organic product and all non gmo ingredients.๐ These are so delicious! Rich and flavorful! For some recipes I prefer dried sundried tomatoes come up youth dried tomatoes, for others I prefer packed in oil, & for some it doesn't matter. For those recipes where I prefer a sundried tomato packed in oil or if it doesn't matter, this is going to be my new favorite!๐ These appear to be half tomatoes and are easy to use use as they are for some recipes or easy to chop or cut into strips for others.๐ Summaryโฆ this is an excellent quality sundried tomato, packed full of flavor, rich and delicious! These are on the pricey side And that is definitely a consideration but, I'm always willing to spend a little more for a high quality product. One pro tip; I will recommend that you save the oil when the tomatoes are gone. Use it in a recipe that would support the flavor profiles in this oil, delicious! ๐๐

Surprisingly tasty, but quite expensive
WHen I got these sundried tomatoes, I have to say I was skeptical. First off, just on appearances, they are far less red than I have come to expect for sundried tomatoes. Also, instead of olive oil, they are packed in sunflower oil, along with some water and vinegar. But I was surprised when I tried them. Compared to normal sundried tomatoes (e.g. the big jar you get at the big box store), these are less sweet, more acidic, and generally more complex in flavor. I like them.To give some perspective, when I make sauce, I only use Italian tomatoes. The reason i do this is that I find Italian tomatoes to be less sweet, with a more complex acidic taste. It's the same thing I experience with these sundried tomatoes.I paired these with some excellent fresh bread and they were a hit.My only complaint--and it's a significant one--is that a small jar of these is quite costly. But I guess you have to pay for the importation from Italy.

Very tasty
Organic Sundried Tomatoes by Legnano | Authentic Italian Sun Dried Tomatoes | USDA Organic and Non GMO Certified | Made in Italy | 6.3 oz JarI am a huge fan of sun-dried tomato as a flavor addition to everything from rice and couscous to salads (hot and cold) to sauteed dishes. It is a marvelous way to add a little tang and texture to your meal. These are pretty tasty. They come packed in oil, to stay tender and richly flavorful. The jar is not very large, but the flavor is strong enough that you don't need much to complement your food.

I taste mostly vinegar and not very much tomato flavors
I usually get sundried tomatoes that are already cut into strips. Instead these look like half tomatoes so this jar has a lot of large pieces in it that are great for stuff like sandwiches but need to be cut down when I use it for pasta. In the flavor department I found it to be lacking. It doesn't have very much tomato flavor. Instead I taste tart from the vinegar and not a tomato taste. I used this in some pasta I made tonight and when I would take a bite of the tomatoes all I would taste is vinegar and very little tomato flavors.
