Very pleased!
This is really well made and exactly what I was hoping for. It did take a couple of days for my husband and son to assemble. Some people have said that they were able to do it in 8 hours but that would have been a stretch for us. Even still, the Bilt app was very helpful and we had no issues other than one missing bracket which didn’t prevent us from getting it all assembled. I will say that it would probably take 3 normal sized people to move it into position once the footers are in place rather than 2 like the instructions say mostly because of the way the weight is distributed due to the being a corner unit. But I was able to assist and we got it in place with no issue. You do need to pay close attention to the directions and one of the steps for assembling the furniture was mislabeled on one of the parts but fortunately I caught it beforehand. Also in all, well worth the investment!

Good solid pergola: instructions good; can get cheaper elsewhere
First of all - check wayfair fir a cheaper price. I wish I had.Second: I don’t think you need the Allstate insurance for $500. I cannot return the insurance and fell it’s a waste of money. The pergola is a bit complicated to put together as long as you are VERY careful to line up the holes in each plank.—-/Thankfully the package contains extra screws - you will lose a few during construction :-)Our packages were split in five (5) deliveries and it took two weeks to convince the shipping company of missing parts. They Saud my delivery was complete when only 5 of 6 boxes arrived. I would give Cevas 1 star out of five.Make absolutely sure you know where you building is level and is not on grass. We built on travertine and we haven’t figured out how to anchor it yet. The thing is too heavy to move so I don’t expect it to fly away soonThere were inconsistencies though:Pay attention to the types of planks - they may look alike but some have pre drilled holes. BUT some drilled holes never lined up - had to drill new onesYou definitely need two people for the first phases of constructionSome areas call out for 5/16 sockets and used 3/4 instead - this was on several occasions. When the holes don’t line up your screw may cause chipping on the finishThe treatment on the wood does not look great. I have to stain it again

Perfect for what we needed
We just rebuilt our deck and needed some type of structure that would help block the morning sun, and something we could sit on. My husband was planning on building something, but then we came across this and it was very similar (and likely much more lightweight) to what he had planned! It is exactly what we wanted.Assembly was fairly straight-forward. The printed instructions are fine, the BILT app that walks you through it is a bit better. We used both together in order to try to make sure everything was the right way. They definitely don't always show ALL the holes in the material, so it can be a little rough making sure things are aligned the correct way. This can not be done with 1 person, so enlist the help of someone else. Having 3 people wouldn't be a bad idea for a couple portions of the assembly. We managed to build it in 2 nights just the two of us.Pros: Looks great, seating is comfortable, easy to assemble, fits perfectly, solid - many many good things here!Notes:-I don't like how the back cushions feel - they don't really offer support. My husband does not care, he learns back against the frame and says it's comfortable. I think I need to go find some type of outdoor pillow for extra support.-Make sure you OPEN ALL THE BOXES immediately when you receive them. Lay out all the pieces - we had 2 boards damaged and we were missing a bracket that was required for step 1. Called the manufacturer and they sent them out to us, but it took a few days. It's the nature of soft wood in cardboard - there is a chance for some damage.-The instructions/warranty information says you need to SEAL the wood to have the warranty. We did this - got a clear outdoor wood seal and put it on everything, but it's an annoyance. I'd rather have composite/PVC wood that just looks like real wood that I wouldn't have to seal/stain at all.-MOST holes line up perfectly, but there are a few that were off and created some issues and splitting wood. I should have pre-drilled some of these but it was hard enough to hold up a beam while balancing. The only holes I could not make work were the ones on the back that go into the table - the holes simply would NOT line up with the little holes in the metal on the table. I was able to get the top screw in on both sides, but that's it. It's sturdy enough without the other 4 screws, but it is an annoyance.-You should build this away from a wall and not like I did - getting behind the structure is necessary throughout the entire construction. Fight the urge to place it up against a wall until you're done.
