*Update* Warranty: I emailed them ([email protected]) with a screen shot of my Amazon purchases and pictures of the damage and without question recieved 2 new backpacks. This company stands behind their product. Without any better rolling backpacks available that I've been able to find in this office range this may be the company worth choosing.--------------------------------I bought two of these rolling backpacks for my kids ages 8 and 10 in early September. Since then, little parts have been breaking on them (see pictures). The overall structure of the bags are intact, but I would have expected more and even a second year.The purple bag is faded in the sun on the front only. One of the zippers is continuously getting stuck and off track. The pulls for three of the zippers have completely broken off with with no way to reattach them. The mesh water bottle holder has many holes in it.The blue bag has torn apart from the top handle. At times the bags need to be lifted by that handle to go up and down stairs, etc. Clearly this bag couldn't handle that.The bags each hold a Chromebook, binder, earphones, and water bottle daily. On days my kids pack a lunch, the small lunchbox is a tight fit. They are not as roomy as I would have liked.These bags are our second attempt at rolling backpacks. The first attempt was from an upscale mall store who specializes in kid's bags. The bottom of these bags held up better than those, but I'm still looking for a bag that can handle the wear and tear school brings.

We love this bag! 2 things would have made this an easy 5 stars. The clips where the shoulder straps attach are a virus horrid design. Once the straps are clipped in, you'll never get them unclipped. At least it is easy to lengthen the straps to still tuck them away when using the rollers.Only other thing that would make this bag better is if there were a cover for the wheels so if they are filthy, I wouldn't have to worry about them soiling my daughter's clothes.The pockets are excellent, zippers are strong, beautiful fabric, wheels roll easily ( although they are a little noisy).

My daughter has scoliosis and she can't lift heavy things. She is able to roll all her books during school and it provides so much relief. It's her favorite color and it has plenty of room for big binders, laptop and many other pockets. We couldn't be happier.

It has 5 compartments with bigger wheels for rolling and a hid away handle for pulling the backpack around easily. Great for school and traveling with many patterns to choose from.

I have been using this brand of rollers since seventh grade (I’m in 10th right now). They typically last 2/3 years if you take good care of them. The only reason I have to buy a new one is because some kids at my school thought it’d be funny to take scissors and cut my old backpack up :/ but besides that it’s such a good quality backpack and I totally reccomend it! It rolls very smoothly and has three levels of the handle bar. I really love this company so I totally recommend it!

I originally bought this backpack for my college classes (and because of my back issues). Carrying a regular backpack on my back was hurting so I invested in this bad boy and don’t regret it! It’s super cute, has a lot of room for things, and I’ve used it in the snow and it didn’t damage any of books inside. Totally recommend!

So far so good. It’s a beautiful roller backpack. Hopefully it’s last at least the whole school year. Bought this for my daughter who started 4th grade. We love it so far. Very happy.

Got it for my daughter for school. Nice backpack, well made. The actual color is darker than the blue shown in the product photos but other wise it's great.

I have home IVs and purchased this bag to carry them around with me so i dont have to use an Iv pole! Its bog enough to carry both 3L & 1L bags of fluids in just one pocket and plus extra additional items in the other pockets! This is a must for medical goods and when its too heavy to carry you can wheel it like a suitcase!I love it and has lasted very well. It also hangs well off the back of wheelchairs too so i can take it with me when i go out.

I like the size of this unit. However I am somewhat displeased with the lack of stability of the zippers in this item. poorly made. Plastic zippers for a rolling bag keeps coming apart if you load it to the recommended capasity. I've used mine for two days when the zipper on the front pocket failed. Fortunately I am only using it for school and not travelling over long distances.

I ordered this one and a different design for my two daughters. They love it! Big enough to use as a travel carry on, lots of pockets. We received a defective one where the handle bar doesn’t go down but Amazon/seller resolved the problem ASAP by sending us a new one while we returned the defective one. So far so good. I can’t say much about durability but we are very happy with it so far.

I love this backpack so much the only thing that I don't like about it is my laptop does not fit in it comfortably enough for the zippers to close so if they could make the laptop pocket a little taller then I would say it's 100% awesome right now it's just 99% awesome. I have an Acer laptop however a mac laptop or smaller Acer laptop will fit inside the laptop pocket perfectly. In order for me to fit my whole laptop in it I have to put it in the main pocket with my books and stuff which is not bad but it defeats the whole purpose of having the laptop pocket. It's got a lot of great and use full pockets and it's not so heavy and the wheels are not loud and annoying so it was worth the purchase.
