Let me say at the beginning that I have always had a hard time sleeping while flying. I havetried at least five different styles, including this neck and back cradle. Sad to say, this also did not work for me. It's ability to fold flat makes it easy to stow away. That is one good thing. Sorry.

I've had several neck surgeries and was looking for the perfect travel pillow for an international trip. This was not the one. It won't keep your neck in neutral position for sleeping. It's too easy to roll off it or let it fall. HOWEVER, it works great for watching tv, either in bed or a chair. I could see it good in a car tho' I haven't tried it. And, true to advertising, it does fold fairly flat. I wonder how many times it will do this before a wire breaks, but I've traveled with it twice and it seems to have survived with no ill effects.

There is zero support with this bone. It simply flattens out when you put it behind your neck. Don't buy this.

I am teetering on throwing this in the trash. It did almost nothing for my comfort on a recent trip to Europe. It was a nuisance to boot for storage and carrying. There was one awkward position that it did provide some aid. Save your money and keep looking for something else. Of course, there may be variations of comfort for different sized humans. I am a tall 5'8" medium sized woman with broad shoulders (in case this helps with your decision).

I ordered for use on a long plane trip. It did not support my neck the way it was listed even though I tried it several ways.

This is plush and pretty. I can use it for my neck or back and always do when on a plane.

Too small to be helpful for lower back support.

It’s a good shape & size, but the edges are hard as a rock & it smells musty
