Very good for slimming use. Better than frylight and it doesn’t ruin your pans. Love it.

Perfect for frying
This stuff helps you control how much oil you use as it’s a spray. The biggest benefit though is food doesn’t stick to the pan when you use it - fry eggs etc and they never stick like they do with other veg oils.
