Definitely milder than garlic bulb but I like the delicate flavor and it is better for digestion issues. I saw some complaints about the packaging which I can say it’s not accurate. The packaging was excellent. It came in a small little box wrapped very carefully with tissue paper and brown paper, mine was in perfect condition with an excellent expiration date. It makes wonderful garlic mashed potatoes. Also great on burgers, salads etc. It come in a shaker bottle which I love. It is expensive but it is a very high quality product and last a long time.

Very very good for people following fodmap. I will be ordering more of your items. I've used in scrambled eggs, salad dressing and seasoning for chicken. Great tasting.

I’ve been on a low FODMAP diet for longer than I’d like to mention. This garlic scape powder easily adds flavor and depth that I’ve really missed in my otherwise very bland food options.

This is a very expensive condiment. It, by its own instructions gives a "nuanced" flavor, in other words it's only a slight suggestion of a garlic flavor. So at $27 for a small jar, to get this "nuanced" weak suggestion of a garlic flavor makes it a, financially speaking, untenable proposition. I could easily use one jar a week or more and that would be well over $100/month on a condiment! As for the actual flavor, it is pleasant, but I used a lot of this to get it to where I could taste it, maybe $5 worth...so you see why it's expensive...in my opinion. We're it under $10 a jar it would get 5 stars...from me.

I am currently on a low FODMAP diet. It is a great alternative to garlic. I use it daily in all my cooking and salads!!

This, surprisingly, adds garlic flavor to food. It’s pricey but if you are a garlic lover, it works!!
