Bought these for someone who had recently had a complete denture plate put in on top. After trying many over the counter products, saw these and gave it a try. Worked much better than the others. Have now ordered twice with quick delivery. Great product!

It is most useful to numb the gum in areas where dentures may be rubbing or denture fit is painful. The great thing is that it is extremely effective as an analgesic and a little goes a very long way. I use it to numb upper gums in two separate areas where the edge of my dentures rub, and a tube lasts me at least a month. Just don't try to use it as a stand-alone adhesive. This product loses a star, though, due to the hard-to-use packaging. It is contained in a very small (1.75-inch) metal tube that is difficult to roll or compress, especially when it gets down to the last 20% of the tube or so. I have artheritis in my hands, and I waste a few days worth of cream at least, simply because I am not strong enough to compress the remainder of the cream from the tube. But, because of its effectiveness at stopping gum irritation, I will continue to use it.

My dentist gave me some of this when I had my dentures done last Fall. It is wonderful to heal the hurt on your gums when they get sore places on them. Great product--would recommend it to anyone.
