Wonderful
I am new at making flan. The traditional water bath in the oven for me is complicated. This pan made a delicious flan. My Spanish father in law could not tell the difference from the traditional method. I recommend this product and would buy it again.

Great
It has very good quality for its price, it fulfills its function. I made a flan, it didn't look very nice but it tasted very good, it gave me six large portions. It didn't come with the piece to raise the mold, instead came a spatula to cut and serve the flan, I'm not complaining, it's a good tool, but I expected it to come as in the photo. Anyway, it's a good product.

I love these pans!
I bought this to cook flan in my Instant Pot. It fits perfectly, and seems very sturdy. It's just the right size for the recipe I have. The locking lid is nice as it keeps all the contents secure in case you bobble it a little bit when putting it into your pot. I've made recipe after recipe of flan using this and it comes out perfect every time. It cleans up nice with a little soak to get residual caramelized sugar off. I like the pot so much I bought another one so I can make enough flan for a dinner party.

It is perfect for flan!
I love this pot. It fits well in a 6 qt. Instapot. If I could make one improvement, it would be to have a fixed upright handle on the lid instead of one that folds down. However, some versions don’t have a lid handle at all. The latches securely hold the pan.
