everything that lands in the garden LOVES this stuff :o)
bought this with a cage, TBH, cage not needed, doesn't last long enough to worry about whether the birds will notice its there :o)the crumbs that DO drop get hoovered up by the hedgehogs, all in all, a top quality bit of foodstuff for the wildlife in your life

The price of a single block, it is more economical to buy six
Nothing to dislike the birds come back daily to feed off them.

A bit crumbly
The birds in my garden love nothing better than to devour a block (or 4) of pink suet. Sparrows, Starlings, Great/blue tits, robins, blackbirds, pigeons and gold finches usually clear a block in just a few hours (the blackbirds being ground feeders grab the bits which have fallen when other beaks have pecked so crazily at it).I knew buying these cheaper ones would mean they weren't as good quality as the previous ones I was buying, but it was costing me a small fortune keeping them all fed so I took my chances.I've had 2 blocks hanging now for 4 days and a few have landed, had a nibble and flown off. I guess even wild birds know the difference between fast food and a la carte :) I even broke one up and popped it into a feeder for the pigeons. It just sat there; even the crows/seagulls who will eat anything turned their noses up.They are exceptionally crumbly and aerated looking too.
