I have been braiding leather for years. On a whim I decided to order some pre-braided leather for a few projects I was working on. I couldn't be more pleased with this decision.The leather is great quality and doesn't unravel when cut to size. (No need to fasten the ends when not in use).I will definitely be ordering this product again!

I used this to make a necklace from. Out of the package, it seemed fine, but if this stuff ever gets wet, it rots, almost immediately, and has the strength of damp card board. It is absolute trash. Save your money and purchase different cording.

Great quality, but a little expensive for the amount, but that seems to be the going rate.Be sure that your bolo tips will accept a 4mm (.157 dia.) cord as some tips are not large enough for this size.I like this seller because you can purchase many variations in colors.A yard of this, a couple of tips and your favorite slide and you have a really inexpensive and good looking tie.

Although advertised as containing a core, it does not. The photo shows the core is missing. The leather is good but I always wear my wedding ring around my neck and after a month in the gym and the heat outdoors, the leather begins to disintegrate from sweat. This was my second order and the first did contain a core.

I bought 2 packs of these for an outdoor hanging hurricane lamp holder. The leather was braided nicely and it worked great for wrapping around the rope. We painted hose clamps black and attached them to a rope but needed something to wrap around the area between the loop and the hose clamp. It worked great, kinda an east meets west thing going on. The reason I give 4 stars is because I thought the leather was going to be thicker...that's my mathematical mistake! So maybe should rate my math at a 1 star instead of the leather 4 :)

The magnets on these pieces don't work. The magnetic disc was pulled to the opposite side of the piece. I tried to remove it and put it back where it belonged, but that didn't work either. I attempted to make a bracelet with these as a closure and although it worked on this particular closure, I'm afraid to put it in my Gallery for sale for fear that the magnets will fail. I may contact the seller to see if they can help me.

This cord isn't what I had hoped, but when ordering on Amazon, I'm never quite sure what size I'll get or the feel. This cording is a hollow braided type cord, which frays at the ends and if you knot it, it's quite bulky and unforgiving. Probably is great for a true Bolo tie, but not good for a necklace or bracelet as I'd intended.

Bought this to replace a leather necklace. Shouldn't have bothered, I have changed it now 3 times and have now given up.

Quality ok,colour ok dose the job.

I was surprised how lovely this was to use for a bolo tie. It's great.
