Not Impressed. Spend a little more and get a KARCHER
I bought this unit to replaced a 1800 psi Karcher that was at least 10 years old. I used the Karcher much more than the average home owner. Pressure washing houses, decks, driveways, vehicles, and fences. The Karcher finally slowed down and does not work as well as it once did. I gave it to my son for small jobs around his home. I looked around and bought this unit because of the reviews and it having the biggest baug for the buck. The unit looks well built. (made in China). I unpacked it and set up was straight forward. Rather than go into details I will list the pros and cons. Hint let it sit in the sun for 5 minutes the hose and cord will be more flexible. I used it for about two hours to pressure wash the driveway and underside of my truck.Pros:easy set uphose reel storage (better than the Karcher)long electric cordeasy to change tipsCons:Hose coupling leaks where you attach garden hose unless you tighten with 2 wrenchesloud electric motorDoes not seems to be 2000 psiOne wand does not seem to work at all (still checking this)

Works like an appliance
I have used the All Power about nine times for total of sixteen to eighteen hours over the past six months. It is a solid performer cleaning the pavers around the pool, walkway and driveway as well as the side of my stucco house, patio furniture, etc.I had some trepidation in purchasing this class of pressure washer. The reviews for electrical washers had a general theme of either good experiences or of cheaply-constructed plastic-ware that was easy to incapacitate. The gas-powered washers were overkill and required effort for the gasoline, oil, etc. with accompanying fumes.Out of the box, there was a minor problem—one of the two plastic wheels was broken. The box was slightly crushed in that area and probably put too much pressure on the plastic hub. I call the manufacturer on the spot and without hassle they put a new wheel in the mail. (I received it five days later.) Assembly wasn't a problem as there are not a lot of things to hook up.Operating the pressure washer was straightforward, though the GFCI plug is quite large and wouldn't fit inside the deep weather-housing of my outlet. I put one of those three-outlet cube converters into the outlet and I was back in business. I extended the pressure hose entirely out of its reel and started washing away. I easily tuned the stream type I wanted (wide fan) and started cleaning. It did an admirable job and cleaned off the mildew and dirt with no trouble. You have to be between two and six inches for the wide fan setting to work; close for porous surfaces and farther away for non-porous surfaces. The wand I normally use has two adjustments: one is for stream shape (point to fan) and the other is for amount/presssure of water.Pros:• High pressure cleans on the first pass; sometimes it needs a slow first-pass on the more stained, porous pavers• Reliability and consistency make the effectiveness of the last hour of use the same as the first hour of use• The washer stands upright (hasn't fallen yet) and is easy to move as the work progresses• The plastic bib uses a metal coupler for the garden-hose connection. It's sturdy and only leaked once on the garden-hose side.• I have run this washer for four (almost) continuous hours on several occasions with only a small hiccup, see the comment belowCons:• The pressure hose keeps looping on itself while unreeled, likely from storage on the built-in hose reel. I'll store this hose in larger loops and hang from the washer to solve that.• It's noisy, but I haven't seen any in operation that weren't noisy• The back-splash of debris onto my lower legs when cleaning out the narrow gaps in the pavers is terrific (in a not-so-good-way), though I assume *any* pressure washer will do the same—be prepared to vacuum the pool or hose-down walls afterwards• I made the mistake of using this to clean some of the plastic\poly-something pool furniture to get rid of the mold – it took the top, smooth, layer of plastic off and I'll not repeat that againComments:• During long usages, the pressure sometimes goes other-worldly and drops noticeably; it comes back after a minute and has only happened three times in six months• Cord control can sometimes be a nightmare moving around a pool deck or for other circuitous paths. The garden hose, high-pressure hose and electrical cord magically intertwine. I believe that cord control would be the same on any electrical pressure washer, I just need to be more attentive whenever I move the washerI did not use the soap dispenser and so cannot comment on its effectiveness. I have not used the second wand; it's a non-adjustable stream.I do recommend the All Power 2000 for the work I outlined. It returned my pavers to a “like new” state.

Broken wheel
I bought this as a housewarming gift for my son, and even though I received it in January, I just opened the box ( August) to assemble it and surprise him. But, to my surprise, one of the wheels was completely broken. I tried to reach out to All-Power and have yet to receive a call back regarding this. I will never purchase another item from them......awful customer service

Quite nice for the price.
I was a tad hesitant ordering an item having no user reviews, but a past experience with Amazon's returns policy made me feel secure enough to chance it. It arrived in the usual speedy fashion, and I spent a half hour reading the manual and assemling what little needed to be assembled. The manual is not as detailed as it could be, but since things fit only one way, it was relatively easy to put the power washer together. Once the water hose was attached and unit turned on, there were no leaks anywhere, and it started right up.We, my wife and I, used the washer 3 consecutive days, 2 to 3 hours a day, cleaning the pavers around our swimming pool and the driveway. We also washed the walls of our house. It worked like a dream, never balking or overheating. As it was only a 2000psi washer, it was necessary, in some instances, to go over a really dirty surface repeatedly, but for the most part, it cleaned the pavers quickly and easily, in one or 2 passes. At the end of the job, unhooking the hose and reeling in the power hose was quickly done. We're very satisfied. We have yet to use it for our wooden dock, but feel sure it's up to that cleaning job also. The only complaints are minor: the manual need more detail and power hose reel is not as smooth as it could be. When moving along, you couldn't just pull out more needed hose smoothly enough, but if you simply unreeled the hose entirely at the beginning of the job, the issue was bypassed. The unit as a whole is a bit lightweight, and that's really appreciated when you're moving it around or are putting it in storage. We highly recommend this power washer for it's ability to handle the tasks given it and its compact size.

Underwhelming
Seemed to be a nice unit when I put it together, but lots of problems when I went to use it. Wands did not function correctly and were difficult or impossible to adjust. Did not clean well at all, even on moderate dirt, in "fan" setting. Power seemed a lot less than advertised. Would have taken me forever to do a medium-sized deck.Sent it back.

One Cheap POS
The other reviews indicated this was a decent machine but mine had issues right out of the box. The Reel parts leaked and once disambled at tightened it still leaks some, and the adjustable wand stopped working immediatly. The pressure also isn't even close to the 1700psi my old was so its not 2000. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this.
