Found this at a local store, but it is a 70 mile round trip to get. It was labeled as "vegetable oil". I think they meant it was for use with vegetables? I really don't know. Anyhow, it is made from Buffalo milk and the utterly most delicious ghee I have ever had. Everything tastes better when fried with this stuff!

NOT FRESH!!!!!!! Orderd in jan 2021 and they sent product which is about to get expired in April 2021. Taste appears to be off....we are used to buy this from local Indian grocery store, they always have it fresh which tastes better than this not sure if we can return this now that its open.Update 1Went local grocery store. They carries amul ghee from two different suppliers. Check out how they are different in pics.. I like one with green dots.

Its high smoke point (482⁰F) makes it perfect for searing anything you want sear at a high temperature with a buttery taste like scallops. We also use it for the oil in our popcorn popper. Use it like high temperature butter for sauteing.

Pretty container. Easy to use. Good quality.

This is not ghee. Has been Ben a sticker on the front saying vegetable oil. The seller is trying to cheat people.

The taste is good but the expiry date is almost 2 months after the product got delivered. The seller sold it at a discounted rate to avoid its expiration
