Alda Vitale Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok Pan Kadhai 28 Cm 4.3 LTR with Glass Lid

I am using borosil as well as Hawkins triply utencils, in this utencils the masala and vegetables doesn't stick in the bottom.

The overall quality and finish of the product are great. Doesn't take very long to heat despite the thick bottom. Pretty close to non-stick pans in terms of food getting burnt or stuck. Overall its a good design but by the time you are done cooking except for the exact main part of the handles everything else is severely hot including the sides of the handles, and you need to be very careful else you burn your fingers.The other design flaw is that the screw on the lid's knob got lose and it doesn't fit back. The screw insert is not able to hold the screw threads. I had to replace it with a regular Prestige knob. For this price, I woudn''t like to accept such design flaws.

Writing after using the product for 15 days. Kadai is good so far. But I have issues with the lid. Dirty water gets into the glass edges and top handle. I've attached pictures. I used knife under the glass to lift the steel edge to release the water. This will never going to be the same again. every time I wash, the water is going to stay under the glass and rust in the long run. This is the 1st time I've bought glass lid vessel and probably I'll never buy glass lid vessels again.

I used this kadai for making dry vegs ,kadai ,rice,all came out too good

This is the 2nd unetsils of Adele am using. It's amazingly good product. I just wish the handles weren't there. As it's of no use while cooking as it becomes too hot to handle.

Love Alda products.I have been using their bigger kadai since 3-4 yrs now and am very happy with it.This one is a recent purchase and is a lovely product.Am looking forward to buying their cast iron kadai with enamel coating but it is mostly out of stock
