The description for this product says that it comes with a storage bag, nylon cord to secure to the anchors and a metal torque bar. It only comes with the ground anchors. I have ordered them twice so it wasn't a one time mistake. The anchors are solid and were easy to install, I used a long sturdy screw driver since it didn't come with a torque bar.

The listing states "Included metal torque bar, when placed through the eyelet at the end of the auger shaft, provides ample leverage to drive down the anchors into the soil without having to over exert oneself or use a drill". Well, first of all, it is good to know you don't have to use a drill, because even after removing the eyebolt, the top of these augers is far too large for even my biggest drill to fit. Therefore you are required to improvise because after shaking the box, I found nothing that could be described as a torque bar. What IS included is two pieces. On top, an eyebolt. On bottom, a place to screw in the eyebolt, with the actual auger at the very bottom pretty much unusable in any soil that contains any gravel at all due to insufficient pitch. In sand it screws in just fine. On second thought, a 2 is probably too generous.

We are lucky enough to get to entertain a number of pooches that we love occasionally. (For example, one is an amazing, and yet tremendously strong pittie girl!) Since we do not (yet) have a fenced in yard, we decided to be creative and use this (along with a long lead line) to allow her some free space outside. It. Was. AWESOME!!! She had so much fun, and at one point just laid down and enjoyed sunbathing! We were able to relax and enjoy her even more, knowing that she was safe and secure. SO GLAD we got this!

Great product. I bought a 14mm deep socket and adapter to connect it to a drill. I wet the ground and hammered a metal pole similar in diameter into the ground for "pilot holes" then removed it. I used a battery operated 20 volt Dewalt drill and each one went in very easily. I used my weight to push down on the drill for help going deep. I found no need for a plug in drill for more power. I used 3 of these for a tree support but bought the 8 pack for future use on a beach canopy next summer. Great buy!

Needed something to stabilize newly made tower blind. Bought some five gallon buckets, filled with rock and cement, sunk these right in the middle of each bucket. Used a cable system to secure to platform.

The eye bent on one anchor and the weld broke on another. Don’t waste your money.

These were easy to install. I used them for anchoring the awning on my RV. The threads on the hook and anchor are a little hard to turn and mine had some rust which didn’t help. Otherwise I’m very happy with the product.

I use these to help straighten small trees. They are easy to drive into the ground with a 9/16 docket and a drill.
