I had this clock personalized as a gift and my Niece absolutely loved it. She was so surprised to see both her babies on a practical gift that her family will pass by all day everyday, and it doesn't create clutter!!! 🧡💯

This clock is exactly what I wanted. It looks great, including the clock face art -- I submitted a high resolution image to begin with, but there was no loss of detail, and everything lined up exactly as I requested. The clock run smoothly and quietly, and it was delivered a bit faster than originally forecasted. Yes, this costs a little bit more than some other custom clocks, but this clock has a clear cover to the face and hands; a lot of the others have nothing to protect the clock face and clock hands from incidental contact, dust, etc.

The clock made a good gift, a keepsake. My son and his wife love it.

The fact that I could use my own design

I ordered one and had to ask for some specifics once it was paid for. I wanted no numbers only lines. There is no option for lines all the way around. I asked specifically for that and placement of the picture. I was assured it would be. Well, it wasn't! There was a blank space in place of the 12, 3, 6, & 9.... It looked stupid. I immediately wrote the seller who answered me back only once a day late at night. They would not work with me, would not admit that there is no option to have lines all the way around like the examples on the ad are. They just wanted a claim filed but they wouldn't take returns, after several days (since they would not respond more than once a day) I made the lines my self!!! Guess what, as soon as I reassembled it, it looks great and you can actually read it!!! I would order again as long as what I wanted was on there drop down menu. Custom didn't work for me.

Christmas gift for my grandson, he will love it.

The quality of the clock and printed image exceeded my expectations. The clock also arrived a couple days before the scheduled delivery window, which was great! Highly recommend!
