Good
I searched around for a while and held off buying an under counter fridge from the other brands because the reviews were all over the place, and I'm glad I did. This does a good job cooling my beer and looks great doing it. It's essentially silent when it's running, I only notice the internal fan when the door is opened and the compressor isn't noticeable even when it's not stuck between cabinets. The silence is nice as it sits just behind me in my theater room wet bar. The led temperature display is nice to have and the internal light makes it look nice in the dark. The pullout shelves help with beer selection when it's time for another. The shelves are spaced close enough together that there's little wasted space and fits plenty of cans and bottles laying down. Shelves are easy enough to move if you need more space for something like wine if you feel the need to choke some down. The only con I have is that to reverse the door requires that you flip the door. This wouldn't be a problem except that it turns the kalamera branding on the door glass upside down. I can't take a star off for this visual problem but it's still not great to look at.The price is in the ballpark of the other brands but this one doesn't have the consistently bad reviews. Personally, I don't know why it takes $300 to go from your standard small fridge, add a fan and some grating to make it an under counter unit. The unit arrived on a small wooden pallet, which many or may not have made stops in war zones. The pallet arrived broken and the box pretty beat up. Fortunately the packing was good enough that the only damage was a crushed corner on the back of the unit. Since that's only insulation and not mechanical, everything worked fine. The unit sits under a counter so the back corner isn't visible. No stars off for poor shipping since that's a shipper problem.

3 weeks in. Great fridge. Quiet, holds 38 F temp well.
We've had the fridge on for about 3 weeks. It arrived on January 20th, 2017 and its now February 13th, 2017.UPDATE: It’s been almost a year and our fridge is still working great.Pros: the listed dimensions are correct so it fit into our very narrow space of 15", it is holding the 38 degrees very well, the blue LED internal light is cool, it is quiet (I don't notice it running), it arrived in good condition, it is pretty chrome. We followed the directions to wait several hours (the directions we saw said wait 24 hours before plugging it in, but some HVAC experts in online comments said a few hours is plenty. We waited 7 hours before we plugged it in). Everything is working great. We would recommend this fridge to others and we works buy it again. If we have any problems, I'll update this review.CONS: These are small things that wouldn't prevent me from buying it again. The LED light (the only light in the fridge) at the top can get blocked if you put things on the top shelf. So, the pretty LED light gets greatly dimmed. I just try to avoid blocking it, but that means I get to use less space. The LED light has to be turned on and off manually. It might be nice to be able to turn it off so it stays off normally and only turns on when you open the door. But, it's not a big deal. I wish the fridge would go lower than 38 degrees for super cold beer. But, I haven't seen any mini fridges go lower than 38 degrees.

Happy camper again after a few adjustments
UPDATE: August 29, 2016 -- bumped my rating back up from 3-stars to 5 after Kalamera sent me a replacement control board that fixes the problem where the temp would reset to factory default (62 degrees) after a power interruption. Changing out the board was simple and took less than 10 minutes. I haven't experienced an actual power outage with the new board, but tested it by unplugging the power cord, then plugging it back in. When unit came back on, temp setting was the same as before, so it seems to have fixed the problem. Also, after 4-months of use, I've found that beverages stay more evenly cold if I don't try to pack the fridge to capacity. I've removed several of the shelves so that all of the cans stand upright, and I make sure that the interior fans in the back are not blocked. Plus, I keep a little space between each can to help with the cold air circulation. I've given up some capacity (60 beers will have to do!), but all of this has helped performance.UPDATE: June 4, 2016 -- took off 2-stars after discovering that after a power outage, the thermostat resets to its default setting, which is 62 degrees. We had a very brief power interruption (just a second or 2) overnight and discovered later the next evening when we were having a party that everything in the fridge had become warm. I contacted Kalamera support and confirmed that this is normal, i.e., the way it was engineered. We received this item a week ago but just got it up and running. So far so good. Arrived well-packaged and protected, so no issues with damage. Installation was a little tricky because of the close tolerances of our space. The power cord plug is straight and needed about 3" of clearance from the back wall to allow for the part of the plug that extended from the wall outlet + the space needed to allow for the cord to make a bend. I think they should make this with a flat, offset plug to allow for tight installations. The compressor itself is very quiet but we're getting some minor rattling noise - probably vibration between the cans and metal shelving. The temperature controls are accurate and do get the beverages cold, which is why we bought this model. Shelves can easily be removed to allow for room to stand up taller cans or bottles. The bottom shelf is shorter than the rest; we are using it to hold 16 (.5 liter) bottles of water. This is a heavy duty machine that we expect (and hope!) will last for many years.
