I haven't had this pan long enough to give it an experienced review. I do like it thus far.One of the things I like, is you don't have to put a lot of oil or butter in the pan so that's helpful if you need to be counting calories. The instructions state you should cook at a low to medium heat as the pan gets hot quickly. I find this to be true and which requires a bit more patience when cooking. I do love the way it cooks my food. Also, they say it's best to hand wash it and not put it in the dishwasher.It's easy to clean by hand. It balances well on my stove top. My smaller LTD pan would tilt on my stove top and this one doesn't. Over all I'm liking it and it is worth the money.

These pans are amazing. We have the larger sizes set and cooking and cleaning is sooo nice with these pans!
