It blinks in green when plugged in with no battery inserted. and i have to forcefully press my bsl1815 battery in to get it to charge. is mine broken?

It is harder to insert the battery than it should be. This caused me to believe charger was not correct one when actually it was.

China, its does work good. Initially I thought it wasn't working and then I had read a few reviews saying you have to push the battery in kinda hard. That worked it snapped in and charges great.
