I bought this book to put together a scrapbook of memories for an important family birthday. I'm quite happy with the product, as the cover is attractive, pages are sturdy, sticky under-pages are effective at holding papers and photos in place, and plastic covers on each page stick back down well once items are placed underneath. Only two issues I had, which may have been my own troubles more than the product itself, but that I suppose mean it's not perfectly "idiot-proof." One is that anything much thicker than a standard printed photo (e.g. greeting card, envelope) is not going to fit well under the plastic sheeting. This was easy enough to anticipate, and anything thicker, or that I wanted the recipient to have access to, I simply used a glue stick to affix to the top of said protectors. Problem solved! The second issue was that I really struggled to get the protective covers back down without any bubbles at all. I think that's just a hard thing to do in general with this type of mechanic, so not a weakness of the product per se, but at least worth knowing if you're going to buy this, that perhaps with great care and dexterity you'll have flawless-looking pages, but if you're like me there may be a few small (probably not even that noticeable for anybody but me, tbh) bubbles on some of the pages. Overall, love the book, really happy with the purchase, and the recipient was thrilled; I'm guessing it was mostly about what was inside the book, but it sure made a great vehicle for those memories.

Got this photo album to replace an old one and I'm very happy with the quality! The linen texture and purple color is beautiful.

Made great gift

We chose the color "purple" but its more of a burgundy/maroon which is exactly what we wanted! We needed an album for posting photos of a coworkers years of service, a retirement album. It turned out to be the perfect choice. If you are hesitant, don't be........

Good album for price but there was a dead fly and guts squished between one of the pages.. book should have been sealed w plastic. Not just a box

I bought this album to create a memorial photo album and being able to add additional pages was a great feature! The adhesive pages were easy to work with and the overall quality of the book is great.
