Turned 40 wanted to dunk again started using the Jump Sole. 20 years ago I used the jump sole product and increased my verticle sufficiently enough to dunk off 2 feet with a one step start. The biggest difference I noticed in this new version is the periodization program that comes along with the kit and the quality upgrade of the shoes themselves. It only takes about 10min a day twice a week, what a work out!

Need longer straps to get an accurate review.
I like the shoes, but my 12 year old is in a size 14 shoe and the straps continue to come unstuck while training. We need longer straps or a bigger shoe. Please advise.

Got for my grandson for getting ready for high school basketball. Not sure yet because he hadnt really got in a routine using them yet.

Great Soles!
