I moved to a much colder climate, and this was one of my first recommendations. I'm so glad I got one! I like the safety blinking light when it is cooling down. I haven't used all 3 settings, but the highest setting keeps my tea piping warm while I get distracted at my desk.

I have 2 of these now and may get another - it’s much better than my previous coffee warmer. It even reheats lukewarm coffee if left on the warmer long enough.The multi-temp feature is great for coffee and tea. Use the lower settings for when you have just-a-little coffee left, or for most teas.This keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours as long as I have a silicone cup cover on it, and if a cup cover isn’t used the top of the coffee will get quite scummy after a while anyway. I also love the auto-off feature - especially for those times I forget to turn it off before running out to the store for a quick something and don’t get back home for several hours 😬. It accommodates cups with bottom diameters up to 3 & 5/8 inch diameter which allows me to make a 16oz big mug ☕️ cup if I need to . Do measure the bottom diameter of your cup, though, if you have a large one - as it won’t keep coffee warm if the cup is too big to sit all the way down on the hot-plate part.

I was fooled by the advertising until I read the description again. Overall I’m glad I purchased this for keeping my desk coffee warmer and it matches my green wall. For some reason I thought it came with the green cup as well. Wah. I use my red tea pot for refills which is awesome and as a candle warmer to save cost on burning them. Works like a charm. I don’t know all the settings but I just know red is good and blinking red means it’s about to time off.

Compact and doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk, and yet it can accommodate a large-size mug.Design is simple and easy to use. We don't need a lot of features for something like this.

I thought it first she got the cup and the warmer but you do not. You have to buy the cups separately. I only got the warmer in the mail.

It keeps my coffee at the right temperature 'til the last drop. Very good quality at a reasonable price. I don't know why it took so long for me to get one of these. Glad I did!

It is important to note that this is not the mug and heater plate combo. It is just for the heater plate. It's a little dishonest for them to show every picture to be both in one.But if all you want is the heater plate, this works.We had to go to the actual companies website and look for the mug. And we bought the matching color mug on their website (it was sold out on Amazon).But the product itself is awesome.I just wish this listing would be a little more honest as far as being clear that it is only for the heating base and not for the mug base combo.
