I love this warmer! I was worried that it wouldn't work on my "normal" mugs that I already have since it has specifications on how flat the bottom should be. But that is not an issue. Yes, it does work better the flatter the bottom of the mug is, but it still works on all of my mugs. It does get very hot and I usually have to turn the temp down. The only complaint I have for this product is the on/off button. I wish that there was a separate button to turn the device off. The temperature button is easily bumped and the hot plate gets turned on unintentionally sometimes.

The coffee heater meets my needs. It has three temperature options but I only use the hottest one. I would like it to be a little hotter it think it’s the rim on the bottom of the cup. If I find a cup that is flat on the bottom, I think I will get the temperature that I want. I also like that it automatically turns off in 4 hours as I’ve been known to forget to turn the unit off.

I bought this thinking the mug came with the heater, IT didn’t BUT it was the best i don’t think my husband was gonna use that specific mug very time, he likes it cause it has different levels of heat and keeps it hot!HE STILL USES IT EVERYDAY!!Completely recommend for people who love hot drinks!

It only keeps my drink warm if I put it on right after I make my drink. Doesn’t make it super hot though even on the highest setting but I like that I can still enjoy my drinks warmer longer

I had been wanting to purchase something like this for awhile but they tend to run over $80+ so I just madefrequent trips to the microwave - my coffee sits on my desk a lot and gets cold. This little item works prettywell. For the most part keeps it drinkable and shuts itself off. Can't ask more than that. I would buy again and I like that it came in colors.
