Best Treehouse Ever Card Game

This a great little game for the whole family (we have a 7yo & 9yo, but a friend introduced us to this game a couple years ago). It's a simple concept--build the best treehouse--with logical rules (e.g. keep your tree balanced) that kids can grasp easily, and I love that no matter how many points you end with, you still have the satisfaction of having built a fun treehouse (we all compare favorite rooms at the end!).I like that the "bonus" cards (which give the challenge of building specific configurations into your tree) can be added or omitted depending on whether you want the added difficulty or not. It's also a great game to introduce kids to the concept of drafting cards (pick one card, pass that hand on, pick a card from the next hand and pass it along...). The scoring rounds add the biggest element of frustration for us, since you never know which categories will be doubled or not count at all, but it's a good element to have to learn how to deal with and be a good sport (and it can easily be adapted to simplify scoring for younger players, if needed). The treehouse rooms themselves are the best part of the game--there are some really creative rooms, and they're all well-themed within their respective categories and cutely illustrated. Overall, it's a very satisfying game and fun for the whole family!

What a creative game! This is fun, easy to travel with, and doesn't take too long to teach. It's not the most challenging game, but satisfying because of the creative illustrations, and a little more challenging if you play with the bonus cards and game changer cards. Good buy!

This was a fun quick easy game to play and learn. The rooms for the tree-house are cute and funny. My kids loved playing the actual game and also pull it out to build their own "dream tree-house" without following the rules.

I love this game. Easy to learn, the hardest part is keeping track of the acorn after you place cards. It’s small package makes it great for trips and you will need a table to play because you are building a treehouse need room.

Cute, but didnt get much play in my family. Mechanic of trading cards to build a the treehouse was kind of tedious.

We love this game! I have 3 boys-9, 11 & 13 and we all love the theme and the drafting mechanic of this game. As an adult it offers quite a challenge and I've sadly been beat several times. I highly recommend if you are looking for a light, fun, family game.

This is a great game if you have little kids. It’s a quick game and very simple.
