We love this spice mix and it is truly different from all others. At first I only used it on Fish then discovered how great it is on Chicken. After that I use it on everything. My men love it too. They will often ask, when I'm cooking, "Did you use Everglades?" (Yes, dear!) Important to me is that it is not too salty like Tony's creole seasoning. I can salt things more if I think it needs it, or not. I thought the bundles offered were very reasonably priced and since I can't get it at just any store, Amazon is my go-to. Apply it like you would pepper and work from there.

As someone who has used Everglades Seasoning for nearly three decades I continue to enjoy the great flavor it brings to a variety of foods. I especially like it on steaks cooked on the grill.

This seasoning has to be the best I've ever used. I make my own, and have tried most top brands, and I have never had anything as good as this. Warning, go light, a little goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this to all hunters out there looking to spice up your recipes.
