Best leg pillow ever - and I’ve bought too many
It arrived squished and needed to breath to get its full shape. After that (a few hours) I tried it out and wow! It worked great for me!!! You can position it a number of ways, and I do!!! A pillow under the covers always is a pain if you have a partner but I love it despite the messy bed. It is helping with my SI JOINT PAIN as well as when I sit in bed I use it under my legs or butt - depending on what feels right. I’m very happy I purchased. It’s a hsa purchase (if you have one) so I really recommend trying it out if you have low back pain.

Excellent Support for Back Sleepers. Not so much for Side Sleepers
For years I've slept with a circular pillow between my legs that was an arm pillow from my wife's futon when she was in college. Alas, after XX years, its product life hasn't come to a complete end, but it is pretty flat and worn out, so I decided to seek out a replacement. This nifty little pillow caught my attention, as it was one of the few that showed illustrations of people sleeping both on their back and on their side. I start the night on my back, but I can only get into deep sleep when I turn to one side, and then back to the other. For reference, I am a small male, 5'4", 156 lbs. You can compare your own body type to mine when deciding if this pillow might work for you. When I started with this pillow under my knees while lying on my back, I was immediately aware of pain relief it provided. I have chronic pain issues and some sciatica, so I often get worn out from the pain and need to rest, but I also often don't notice the pain because it is so constant. Lying on my back with this pillow under my knees with the high side closer to my torso provided instant relief of moderate pain and quickly energized me. I experimented with the shallow side closer to my torso and noticed slight relief, but not any noticeable amount if I were not paying attention to it. I also couldn't quite get comfortable in this position.Despite working wonders for lying on my back and getting to sleep, it didn't quite work out for side sleeping and staying asleep. I gave it three or four days before giving up. The first few nights I couldn't quite get comfortable, and by the fourth night I was waking myself and my wife up by spinning and flipping the pillow in my sleep trying to get it into the right place. While I would love to give the pillow more time, something about twice as thick/tall would be preferable when lying on my back in the middle of the day, and my inability to use it at night negates the pain relief it offers upon lying down initially. If you are a back sleeper with mild to moderate chronic back pain and/or sciatica, I highly recommend this pillow. If you are a side sleeper, shop at your own discretion, but I personally wouldn't' recommend it.

I need total joint replacements in both my knees (have consulted with/3 orthos
Have had a second & even 3rd opinion, have seen the imaging after which I gasped, “Well no wonder I’m in so much pain!!” Must be 40BMI so need to lose a little weight. Over 40BMI can cause post op infections.Anyway have had no comfort sleeping. Have tried almost every thing in Amazon’s book to support my knees & ankles. Finally bought not one but two of these. They’re just the right height & don’t lose their shape. I put my knees through the “dips” in the one closest to the direction of my pelvis & my ankles in the “dips” farther away so my ankles don’t hang down & pull on my poor knees. The only thing I’m going to add is a strip of double-sided hook n loop tape like Velcro so they don’t separate while I sleep. So thrilled to have found a solution to reducing the pain & giving my knees comfort & support each night.

It's OK.
It's OK. Not the best under blankets if you like to move around but it is kinda comfy. It did come with a funky smell which stayed a lot of days. Finally seems better though.

Good vaule
This is a good pillow for my hips. I have arthritis in my hips and I sleep on my side. The doctor recommended that I get a pillow to go in between my knees. I love this product. Highly recommend it.

Firm, versitile and comfortable
I have recently started suffering from back pain. My chiropractor recommended a pillow under my knees while laying on my pack to help alleviate some of the pain. It took a little getting used to but the adjustment was quick. I previously used a pillow between my knees while laying on my side but hated the readjustment when flipping to my back, plus the pillow was hot. This is cooling and super easy to flip to my side and then to my back. I would recommend this!

not for side sleepers
Contrary to the written claim, I did not find this pillow at all useful as a side sleeper seeking to ameliorate side hip pain. It is not designed to be used for side sleepers, as only one side of the pillow has contours while the other side is completely flat. This leaves no way to place one's bottom leg in a position that works!

Great support
This has been a lifesaver for my back. It’s not so big like the wedge. It gives good support under the knees or thighs and even between the legs it’s comfortable.

Decent pillow
So people complained the foam was too hard. Well depending on what you need it for, I prefer a more solid foam. Kind of like head pillows. Do you want your head to sink through the pillow and have the pillow all around your head or do you want a pillow that keeps you up and afloat?I use it to relieve sciatica pain when in a recliner and if the foam was too soft, my legs would not stay up when in full recline. There are 2 sides, 1 with more steeper curved versus other which is more gentle.I do recommend this product depending on what you are looking for.

Helps place legs in perfect way for sleep
This pillow is comfortable and soft..it aligns your legs perfectly to help allow proper back curve when sleeping. It works well if sleeping on back but does not work properly if your a side sleeper but is advertised to work for both, a little upset with miss information.
