I purchased the Arama USB Headset with Microphone for a part-time work-from-home position I recently started, and it has been a great choice. The noise-canceling microphone is clear, and the audio quality is excellent for calls and virtual meetings. I had absolutely no issues with connecting it to my desktop computer. The cord is long enough allowing me plug the headset in the back of my modem and still have enough length to roll around my desk. The headset is very comfortable to wear for long periods, which is important during work shifts. I also love the built-in audio controls, making it easy to adjust volume or mute quickly without interrupting my workflow. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable headset that works perfectly for remote work. Great quality for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone working from home.

These call center style headphones are great for those that work from home. With the one ear on, one ear off approach, I am able to keep these on all day as well as communicate with family without taking them off. I tested the mute and volume controls they work perfectly as well. To setup I just used the usb straight into my laptop and selected the headphones in Windows settings, less than a minute and I was rolling! Highly recommend for those with a high call volume in the work day. They feel durable in hand, the on system button functionality of mute and volume controls keep you from hunting for those on screen / keyboard, and they sound great. Great value for the money! Note they come with an additional usb c connector as well.

Head set physically is great. The sound quality is the worst. Not very clear sound at all. Had to strain to understand what you were hearing. Finally got so frustrated since I could not understand what the other person was say, I had to put my old ones back on. Update: the seller reached out to me to offer a refund or upgrade replacement. I chose the refund since i am looking for specifics on the headset. The original review was not a negative response to the Seller. They were great and I would buy from them again.

Decent quality. The sound is not as good as it should be.

I normally don't leave product reviews but I got to leave one on this one. I got it so that I can use Wispr Flow at work and it is very comfortable and and perfect for that purpose, the microphone is great for picking up that quiet voice and it's easy to pop on and off as needed. The microphone is bendable so that you can contour it to get closer to your mouth if desired to be able to keep your voice low.

I bought this for my work-from-home job, because it resembled a headset my employer provided but has seen better days. The good: The headset is very comfortable. The controls are easy to press and large enough that you're not hitting more than one button at the same time with a fingertip. I'm told I'm coming through clearly with no noise. The not-so-good: The sound is very muffled, and I'm constantly having to clarify what I think I've heard. I also need to have the volume on high all the time just to hear my callers. I can hardly make out the soft-spoken callers and it's been frustrating for them. I'll keep this as something to use as backup for the better headset I'll be getting. EDIT: The seller, Audimore, reached out to me and advised that I could get either a replacement or a full refund. They even sent a follow-up when I didn't respond (I hadn't checked my emails yet). I didn't expect the company to care, so this effort to make things right really impressed me. I had already purchased a different set of headphones, so I followed the directions for a refund from arama-tech. Arama-tech's customer service was not as impressive, which is forgivable. What irked me was that a PayPal account is required to get a refund, and the 'full' refund comes with a handling fee. Because of this, I'm changing my two stars to one.

I purchased this headset for work. I do work from home and sometimes I need privacy so I can’t have music or my Skype/Zoom calls going out through the speakers so the whole family can listen in. I didn’t even realize this can be used to listen to music also as it is also a speaker ear set so even when I’m not on a call the music from my computer plays through it. Which means this has dual functionality! Now I want to get one that has speakers on both ears. I like the color scheme of the gold and black and the mic quality and speaker sounds crisp in my opinion. It also so comfortable to wear. Overall, I’ve got good value out of this in terms of quality and performance at a good price.
