I have been using this balm for many years, 10 years to be precise. Healed muscle spasms and articulation pains quickly. But only temporarily. The root cause such as arthritis, needs to be tackled by other measures, for instance physical therapy or surgery. For minor trouble, it is wonderful.

This product really works. Nothing works better or faster for sore, stiff or cramped musclesthan this product. Its a liquid that releases through a small sponge on top of the bottle. Ihave used it for years & always keep some on hand. The Red capped bottle works better thanthe Blue capped one.
