This is basically a liquid icy Hot with a sponge applicator and I am here for it. I don't know if it stops my pain but it does do the distraction thing for your brain so you don't think about it or notice it as much. It does have the Bengay smell, it's not terribly strong though so you don't walk around smelling like a nursing home. 😂

I have been using this balm for many years, 10 years to be precise. Healed muscle spasms and articulation pains quickly. But only temporarily. The root cause such as arthritis, needs to be tackled by other measures, for instance physical therapy or surgery. For minor trouble, it is wonderful.
