The lock will not lock. Ive followed the instructions to set the combination but the lock wont go down to lock. Is this a fault?

Make sure you have your 4 digit code lined up correctly and you are using the correct code you initially inputted. If it still does not release then it would appear there is a fault.

Turn the top U bar 135 degrees clock ways then push bar down set your own code then release the bar
