Well built, plenty of space
I purchased this item to transport my ozempic for vacation. Everything fit perfectly with plenty of extra room. I forgot to tell them I had it in my carryon on the way home and it didn't even trigger any security checks. The case is well made and thought out. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in the case as the ice packs are small, but I had it in there for roughly 8 hours and it was still cool, not cold.

Great for the price
I had purchased this case as a backup but now it’s my primary case. It’s nice to travel with and keeps things cold for a while. I live in Texas, so I can only do so much to keep it from getting warm. It does only fit one pen comfortably but also holds a few tips and alcohol pads. Other cases have ice packs that don’t last long or they don’t have enough room for one day’s worth of supplies. This case does a great job going with me to work and back. If the case is in a fridge, the ice packs do a great job of not defrosting as much. Great case!

Quality built and functional
Perfect for storing and traveling with my insulin pens. I take the ice packs out for daily storage and put them back in when traveling. I recommended this to my diabetic friend for when he traveled he would always take a small cooler.

Serves it's purpose; does not stay cold for long travel
This case has been great for me, and it serves it's purpose for shorter trips. I flew from Atlanta to Las Vegas and needed to keep insulin cold; it stayed cold, but not fridge temperature. Overall I would say the case is durable and serves the purpose, but it does not keep it as cold as a cooler would. I believe this is still a good purchase and do not regret it.

I recommend this product
This is just what I was looking for. It holds a Mounjaro pen, probably not 2 with both ice packs in it, but as said on earlier reviews it can be stored without refrigeration for up to 21 days. My main purpose for buying this was to keep the injection insulated to prevent breakage. Keeping it cold is a bonus. Plenty of room for insulin and needles if that’s what you would use it for. It’s a little heavy and bulky, so best for a large bag, backpack or carryon. I wouldn’t carry it in a small to medium purse, it takes up too much room due to the insulation provided.

Decent case for the price.
Decent quality for the price. Case falls apart after a year of daily use. Don't use the cool packs. Design of inner velcro pockets are lacking rigidity. Overall decent case for the price.

Stays cold through moderate summer heat.
I got bought this to be able to take my insulin to an upcoming wedding this month. I was able to do a test run on it for a Labor Day cookout. We were there for approximately 5 hours and when I got back home, I opened it back up and the ice packs were still frozen solid. I was kind of shocked after reading a lot of the reviews that said that the ice packs thawed too quickly. Huh? They were frozen like I had just taken them out of the freezer. So, in my experience, I kept the cooler in my purse pretty much the entire time except when I needed it. I was sitting in a shaded area and not in direct sunlight (my purse was black too), but it was about 85°, no humidity and I kept the ice packs in the plastic bags they came in. My only concern was that there was condensation on the outside of case, not much, just a little, so it is not insulated. That was the other thing that kind of shocked me since it stayed frozen the entire time. Also, I rode my scooter in direct sunlight, black purse exposed, pacing next to my husband which was about a 30 minute walk/ride. I recommend it, but I would suggest that you keep it in some kind of bag or purse if you are taking it somewhere in the summer months for extended periods of time. I am confident that I won't have any issues with it for at least 8 hours up to 12 if needed during the summer. It gives me piece of mind that my insulin will not go bad as long as I am not careless and expose it to direct sunlight. After all, it isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable. I got the purple case and the color is a little darker than the picture which I hoped it would be. I am very happy with it and I wouldn't recommend putting your glucometer in the case due to the condensation build up. I carried that separately.

Doesn't stay cold for very long
Not bad but realistically you get maybe 4 hours from the time you pull the packs of it the freezer. Bought it for vacation and when you factor in the time you spend at the airport, it really only can handle a 1-2 hour flight. Had to ask for ice on the plane because it just didn't last long enough
