Hopefully she will eat normal fruit and veggies
We have had the worst time introducing foods to our toddler. She has been like this since the start. It is maddening and anyone who else suffers through this, you have my deepest sympathy. She is almost 4, and I would venture to say these pouches have made up 95% or more of her produce in her lifetime. We have tried everything, baking, steaming, raw, air fryer etc to get her to eat fruits and vegetables and she refuses. She will still eat these pouches though. To the tune of 6 to 8 per day if we let her. They are healthy so that is a huge plus. There is probably a quarter worth of food in them though, so the value is not there. Great snacks on the go. If your child likes fruit and veggies, hopefully you can bypass these. I even tried to replicate these with a blender. I got close but daughter still refused to eat them. Time consuming and the shelf life is short with fresh food so I just gave up.
