I first ordered this set several weeks ago. They arrived quickly but the charcoal sponge had a horrible chemical smell! Definitely not usable. So I contacted the seller who quickly responded and sent a replacement which had no problems. I believe although one sponge was bad the rest of the product and the customer support made up for any problems.For the product itself, they are small and perfect for the face. Just make sure the sponge has completely soaked up water before you use it otherwise it is dry and hard. I have had great results with the konjac sponges! My mother who has rosacea and very sensitive skin says that they are very gentle but effective.

These are too soft for my face when soaked properly. And leave a film. So now I get them wet, let them dry for half a day and use them semi hard to exfoliate my feet. They work great this way.

They work very well for my skin. They exfoliate without being abrasive. I personally don't notice a difference between the different colors but have enjoyed using them all. I will continue to use konjac sponges rather than exfoliating creams. They are much more gentle and soothing. Very happy with my purchase for the price.

After the first use, I could already see my skin glowing. It's crazy because I've been spending so much money on other more expensive and complicated products, but it was this simple and natural sponge that has been improving my skin.CONS: These sponges have a smell to them. Can't put my finger on what it is, though. I've only started using them so maybe they'll probably go away.HOW TO USE: Soak the sponge in warm water so it expands and softens. Adding cleanser is optional. If you do, you don't have to add too much because it foams a lot. I would recommend using one sponge at a time for 2 weeks to see which one works well for your skin.HOW TO CARE FOR SPONGE: Konjac sponges need to be dried after each use. Gently squeeze with palms of your hands to get rid of excess water. Do not wring it out. Each pack comes with one suction cup to hang your sponge. I had to sit my suction cup at the base of my mirror so it would hang without touching anything and dry properly. You can soak it in hot water to get rid of the bacteria, but not too often because it deterioratesWHEN TO REPLACE: Change them every 2 or 3 months. When your sponge starts losing color and you can see tears in the sponge, throw it away.

they all seem to last 1-2 showers and then break apart. They are sub-par compared to other brands we have purchased. You are better off spending a little more for a lot more production.

They don't seem to work as well as another brand but it is a good value.

I haven't used it long enough to know these have 'miraculous' results with my skin, but the sponges do feel nice on my face (after soaking, of course!), and leave my sensitive skin feeling soft without irritation.UPDATE: After using these for a few months I am updating this review & increasing to 5 stars!!! This product actually HAS made a difference in my skin! (Still not sure I'd call it miraculous, but pretty close!)I tried both the green tea & turmeric ones (gave charcoal away as I didn't think it would suit my needs). The turmeric seems to work best for my 40something year old hypersensitive skin. There has been a noticeable decrease in redness, flaking, & irritation! Had I known results would be this good, I would've taken before & after pics!I don't even need to use cleanser with these, so I can also avoid chemical irritation. When I need to remove heavier makeup, or if the weather makes my skin drier, I use a bit of coconut oil with the sponge & that does the trick!The sponge has held up nicely, but it has a bit of discoloration at the edge. That may be because in my humid Florida bathroom it never really has a chance to COMPLETELY dry out...not sure, but it has lasted quite a while, so I'm not complaining!I'm very pleased with this product, especially at a price that is lower than similar sponges. I highly recommend these!And, BTW, I did NOT receive these for free or at a discount; I paid FULL price!! :-)

smells like gunpowder/gun residue! like it spent a few days with my husband down range. i wouldn't say that stinks (personally, I love that smell, just not on me) but no matter how much I rinsed it and put body wash and soap on it, all 3 still smell like gunpowder. i gave it 2 stars because these suckers get huge! and they are thick and sturdy, but I can't get over the smell.
