Using this for walking the dog to get some extra exercise out of our daily walks and this fits really well, was what I considered to be a good price and really is practical and a good quality. It's heavy enough for the walk without being too heavy but sits comfortably on the body and definitely gets the heart rate up!

Received yesterday and have been wearing for 6 hours and have it on this morning. I am off work this week and will be wearing every day, all day while doing my usual house work and daily stuff. I am a 5' 7" female, UK size 16 with rather large boobies, I have the top strap attached nearly to the smallest size and the bottom strap about 1/3 tight. It is really comfy to wear specifically across my shoulders. I am a decorator and my mum has just been diagnosed with osteoporosis and arthritis (she was a child minder and dinner lady for 30 years - very, very active, my grandad also had osteoporosis). I read a report on how wearing weighted vests can help with bone density and prevent or delay arthritis, so was interested to see if this small change could help with the possible delay of the inevitable. In terms of the quality of the product, it is well made, the weights are evenly distributed. I like how there is a good amount of weigh on the back and this, I feel, is helping with my posture or at least making more aware. The only downside is that these vests used to be really cheap - £20 for a 5kg in Argos and Wilkos before the pandemic. NOW you are lucky to find one below £40. As with all health related stuff once it becomes popular it also becomes expensive. Personally I think I will out grow this weight very soon, it is (according to reports), the optimum weight to see a difference in bone density and possible weight loss. Be interesting to see how that works along with a calorie controlled diet. Currently happy to wear everyday and looking forward to seeing if it gets in the way of work. I don't know if this will suit everyone, I have a very active job and use my upper body a lot - for someone who isn't used to lifting weights or has a sedentary job or lifestyle - maybe 30 mins a day to begin with til you get used to it.

Great weight and comfortable, just do not try to run in the 10kg version. It bounces around no matter how tightly you secure it. Perfect for general exercises. Lighter versions may be better suited for runners.

This is great. I am 5.4ft and have historic back issues so I went light. It’s actually quite heavy, I don’t know how the 10kg peeps manage : ) anyway it’s great for my walks!

Good fit. Comfortable when running and takes minutes to get used to.

Great product. The only thing I probably should have bought 5kg instead of 10kg as I am a woman, however I got used to it, but I suggest to consider a weight carefully for your requirements an capability before buying.
