Better than my last chin strap, and it really helps with CPAP
This has been working well for me with my CPAP nasal pillows. I had a dry mouth problem using nasal pillows, but I could not get a good seal with a full mask. Using this to help keep my mouth closed has allowed me to use the nasal pillows and sleep better.I had previously tried Anti-Snore Chin Strap - Snore-EXTM Adjustable Anti Snore Jaw Strap - Stop Snoring Instantly - The #1 Solution for all your snoring issues! and it worked well at first, but after less than two months the seams were coming apart. This Easy Sleep Pro is now two months old and still works. I have washed it several times, and other than some slight "pilling" along the edges, it's holding up well. I like this enough to order another one, so now I have two to rotate between use and wash.

A really good cure for my teeth grinding!!!! It might work for you, too.
While I do snore, believe it or not, this inexpensive, rather silly looking device has REALLY helped with my teeth grinding! I used to get sore muscles just where the ears meet the neck, because, apparently, I do ridiculous machinations while I sleep that involving jutting my jaw out and grinding my teeth. Sometimes at night I would wake up and think "If I could only hold my jaw in place..." Now I use Plackers, an inexpensive teeth grinding device sold at drug stores, and I put this romantic-looking device (ha!) on and guess what? IT WORKED!!! Calling all teeth grinders!!! Give this a try. Oh, by the way, I still managed to make some kind of "snoring" noise out of my nose while wearing this device.

Does NOT work
I had purchased this for my dad who has been snoring all the years Ive known him and this seemed like a simple, affordable, "why not try this" type of thing. Well, it's just another aid out on the market. Maybe, just maybe it helps some people. It certainly did not help my dad one bit. I then had my husband try, though he does not snore the whole night and thought maybe it would help someone with a milder case of snoring. It also did NOT work. Waste of money and time and hopes and dreams for those who think this might just be the miracle they've been hoping for and then are disappointed.I was not expecting a miracle. I was expecting relief. Just a small difference would have made the purchase worth it. It's not worth it. I dont recommend this product.

Didn't work for me :(
This product made my snoring worse than it was without it! I have the SnoreLab app on my ipad so could record the "activity" for the nights that I used it to compare to prior nights. It was far more consistent and louder with this on. Very disappointed as I really need to find a solution to the snoring problem, other than sleeping in another bedroom so I am not waking hubby all night. As far as other comments on the fit - look at the pix of the product online to figure out how to wear it (no big deal), the smell didn't bother me as it isn't right by your nose. It did make my chin sweaty though during the night. I was able to return it.

Love it!
The Beau likes to sleep on his back, and he's a (by preference) mouth breather, so he ends up snoring. A lot. As in, wakes me up multiple times a night and I then wake him up multiple times a night attempting to get him to roll over (he only snores when he sleeps on his back.) Well the sleep deprivation was getting to me so I did some research, then did some shopping. Basically I had three options 1) the nose thingies 2) a side sleeping pillow, and 3) a chin strap. As he's a mouth breather by preference, and not due to nasal airway restriction, I went with options 2 & 3. The side sleeping pillow didn't work as a stop snoring aide. This thing? The chin strap? Works like a freakin' charm, he says it's perfectly comfortable, and it's held up through several washings (cold wash, cold rinse, mesh washing / bra bag, air dry). Now the caveat here is that it won't stop noise caused by anything other than snoring due to mouth breathing. He still makes noise due to catathrenia: Basically he exhales all air while making a groaning noise (think that creepy noise from The Ring), then buries his head in the pillow, holds his breath, then lifts his head with a gasping, quick, inhale. Only happens in the last two hours of sleep or so. Parasomnias are fun.But I digress, the short of it is, this is absolutely wonderful for reducing or completely eliminating snoring, when the snoring is caused by mouth breathing while sleeping on your back. Hope that helps!

Helps my husband's volcanic snoring and my sleep
My husband says this is reasonably comfortable. One night out of four it ends up on the floor, either by him taking it off in his sleep, or because it doesn't stay secure - we're not sure which explanation is true. I, the long-suffering wife of the Olympic-class snorer, estimate his volume is reduced by half when wearing this strap. In my book, that's a success.

Stops snoring....sweatily
This does what it's supposed to- my buzzsaw snoring is much quieter or nonexistent when I wear it. However, as others have said, the material makes it impossible for your skin to breathe, and if you're like me and you get hot when you sleep anyway, you will probably end up taking it off in the middle of the night. It leaves a band of sweat along my jaw after I've slept in it for a few hours. That said, it is VERY comfortable otherwise, and the velcro makes adjusting it to fit quite easy. I wear it when I share a room with someone else to save them from my snoring, but the sweat bothers me enough that I don't wear it otherwise.

my lower jaw felt like I'd gone 10 rounds with boxer
As another reviewer says, it does what it says it will do but after trying it for one night, my lower jaw felt like I'd gone 10 rounds with boxer. It's so snug I woke up with an aching jaw that didn't go away for at least an hour. So yes, it works, just expect to be sore after using it. For some stopping snoring will be worth the tradeoff. I'm looking elsewhere for a better solution that doesn't have the side effects.
