After one bath, both our dogs have the softest, shiniest fur! Both of their coats were dried out before we switched to this brand and WOW did it ever make a difference. Our shedder is shedding way less and their skin is noticeably a lot less itchy. The smell is nice and not strong at all, which I was worried about because I’m really sensitive to perfumes. Best thing is that these dilute down so a bottle goes a VERY long way!! Excellent value and performance!

I have a Pomeranian with tons of hair! This product was recommended by his groomer. Mix a little into a huge cup…swirl and mix. Pour over the puppy’s hair and wash. Follow up with their conditioner too! Clean, shiny, soft as a baby chick puppy hair….gorgeous!!!! And did I mention the amazing smell!

Love the smell of both the shampoo and conditioner. My groomer uses it on my small dog and I love using it between visits. Highly recommend. Both are concentrated formula and directions call for you to thin it down. I just mix it with water in a solo type cup for each bath.

I only buy this shampoo for all my dogs. Ive tried many kinds and this is the best. It smells good and not overwhelming. It leaves the coat silky and clean. I highly recommend it.

I have been keeping my Shih Tzu pup in her full coat, and this conditioner does such a great job of leaving her long coat with a silky feel and a great scent. It rinses out easily, but leaves her coat moist, clean and silky. It’s well-priced for such a good product. I would definitely by it again when I run out. It is concentrated 32:1 so it’s going to last a very long time!

The shampoo smells great, have not used it yet but I used it in a dog kennel I worked at long ago, so I know it does the job. However it arrived leaking and it was a bit of a mess to clean up. I was almost expecting it to leak, just with all the previous reviews on it arriving leaking. The product should come with a foil seal to prevent further issues. I diluted it as recommended and shook it up in the mixing bottle. It didn't seem to dilute very well but I'll try shaking it up more vigorously.

I really like this stuff! It's left my dogs very soft and fluffy and smelling nice. I don't think it's gonna completely repair a damaged coat, but I have tried it on a few other dogs and it seems to really help and left them silky. Not the smell I was expecting, but still nice. Like clean laundry with a tinge of fruity. It's been a few days and they still smell good. Not super fragrant, but it's nice to stick your face in their coat. They also dilute down really nicely! The conditioner is still creamy even diluted. I do think if you're pressed and can only get the shampoo or the conditioner, the conditioner is what you want. It's definitely doing the brunt of the work.They really should seal the bottle though, cause they were loose when I got them and I lost a teeny bit of product.
