This item is really easy to use, the blade is very sharp, so has to be really careful to clean it. It was a bit confusing to use it first, but you can easily get use to it.

Love this mandoline, it's fabulous and helped with change of diet to eat more raw food. Cuts beautifully. Wonderful.

The turning knob came off 🤷🏻‍♀️ so have had to send it back.

I'm disabled and find cutting vegetables really difficult. This has made things so much easier.It's very sharp making it easier to slice the vegetables. You can change not only the thickness but the type of blade to suit whatever you are cutting. It's easy to do as you just turn the knob unlike some where you have to manually change the blade.It comes with safety gloves too which is very useful as my hands are not the steadiest.
