These probiotics have two of the strains recommended and studied for helping those of us women who are struggling with BV. The good bacteria in these are at least 1 billion so that there are enough to be able to get to where they need to go to get to work. They seemed to be helping maintain a better PH level. If you're like me and wanting these for PH and BV, I'd recommend also getting the PH strips to test at home and see if they begin to make a difference. I've seen some improvement, but of course it still takes an entire body maintenance and just vigilence.These were comparable to me to Jarrow Formula Fed Dophilus, however they are much more expensive. These only have 30 capsules for a few dollars more than Jarrow's 60 capsule 1 Billion formula. If you're in the market for shelf stable, these are an alright way to go and they did work to help improve PH some, and tip the scale more in my favor on the chronic BV struggle, but there are lower cost and just as effective options. These didn't cure BV and it's still a struggle for me with Atopobium vaginae, but they did help with PH and keeping things more pleasant while I work with my GP & OBGYN.

This is a review for the “Femme Power” version.This one contains L. reuteri RC-14 and L. rhamnosus GR-1, which are indeed recognized as good at combating yeast infections and urinary tract infections. Reuteri and rhamnosus in general have many other health benefits, so this is a solid combination. Unfortunately, they are just jointly listed as 1 billion CFU, and not broken down by how many of each kind.Another problem is that these capsules contain maltodextrin (a form of sugar), titanium dioxide, and magnesium stearate. So if you’re trying to avoid any/all of these fillers, be aware of this.The lid is really nice. Hold the canister in the palm of your hand and push the lid off with your thumb. I overthought it, thinking it was some sort of impossible child-resistant lid. Once you realize it’s a flip top, it’s very easy to open, easier than most bottles. I appreciate that (though a note on the lid would have been nice).Made in Denmark.Overall, I think this is an okay product, but it’s very overpriced

I've tried many, many probiotics that I felt were of benefit, but it wasn't until recently trying the ones that target women that I felt an even bigger improvement overall. However, there are so many different types of probiotics and probiotic blends that figuring out which lactobacillus strains are the best or even if different ones work better for different people.I believe I've recently found the best strains for me which are the ones in Bodi-ome Femme Power, and in similar high-quality probiotics aimed at women, which are the following strains:Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14These are different from the bulgaricus, acidopholus, and bifidus strains in yogurt and other probiotic supplements and they are proving to be much more effective for me, not just for "feminine" reasons but for balancing all of my inner systems in noticeable ways.I only buy high-quality supplements from sources I've used before with success or that I know have excellent reputations for quality products and Schiff is one of those companies, so I felt pretty confident about trying these.So far this supplement is working really well for me. Will definitely keep using it.

I saw on tiktok that a lot of people are taking women's probiotics and that they makes you smell like nothing at all and I always want to smell as fresh as possible. In the words on my mother "you only get one body so you need to take care of it" and I fully intend on doing so, after taking these for a week I can already see a bit of a difference. My bits don't smell like anything at all even when it's my time of the month I barely smell anything at all which to me is a great thing. I think everyone should have some kind of vitamin routine and since these are so tiny (the size of a Tylenol) they're super easy to swallow and they fit in my medicine container perfectly and I just take them with my regular vitamins. No stomach upset whether I eat when I take them or not and so far I'm seeing great benefits so I'll definitely order more when I run out of these

This is a great probiotic because it does the regular probiotic things like keeping your digestive system in check and boosting immune system, with a bonus in that it has ingredients in it that boost the vaginal microbiota balance so you are getting extra benefits with this probiotic than with others.The dosage is 1 pill per day, nice and easy to swallow. There is no after taste and it is a gel capsule so no flavor as it goes down easily.After taking this a month in my household, everything they claim has been seen here, it has kept the digestive system going strong, as well as immune system and female benefits too.This is a nice way to get your probiotics in for a month.

I tried these probiotics for a full month. I was previously on a different brand with no issues and I did not experience any negative issues with this brand either. I can't say if they are particularly good or bad, they seemed to be as effective as others I have taken before and since. I try to take the same brand every month but with items being out of stock you have to take what you can get sometimes. I would buy and use these again.
