There are no fixings for wall mounting.

If I connect this to a smart plug to control over wifi, will it turn on automatically when I turn on the plug, or I have to press the physical button?

It won’t come on , you have to physically press the button.

Is the build better quality than the circle Xbox logo one?

We have had no issues with the build quality of this one - it seems very robust and looks good. No experience of the circle xbox logo one!
