A Spinner That Does Not Spin!
Sturdy and well built but... It does not turn. I let a couple of my students try it, and they said, "It doesn't work!" Fortunately, I had another of a different brand, that is not the best, but does the work so the hyperkinetic children in my classroom have a spinner that helps them self-regulate. The Fun and Function one is being returned.

Needs to be redesigned, solid structure
My first product review EVER!We nearly returned this, as my visually impaired/autistic son who is a master at spinning could not make this work....until we flipped it over!!! Original design needs improvement for sure. The piece on the bottom is too high. It is solid and sturdy, so I feel like the manufacturer’s heart might be in the right place.Overall, I am not sure how to rate this as every individual with sensory needs are different and may not find the success we did by flipping it over.Needed this during our quarantine.

This worse spin toy on the market.
This worse spin toy on the market. Amazon had to twist the sellers arm for the refund. Was hoping this toy would last unlike the other spin disc's. But what's the point of being sturdy if it won't spin

Good in theory
In order to spin on this toy the way it was originally designed, u have to shift your weight from cheek to cheek everytime u spin. It can be figured out. But when you’re purchasing it for a special needs child who has sensory issues, autism, visual impairment, hearing impaired etc… it’s a little difficult to relay that. A child with no issues will have trouble understanding how this thing works. I figured it out bc I’m a very flexible adult and tried it out myself… and it took me a while to get it. So the lady who suggested flipping it upside down, just gave me new use for this thing..that’s been sitting under my bed because my kids hadn’t used it for how difficult it was to use. So thanks!

Bad design
I’m in agreement with the other posts. It’s not a good design and very difficult to use. Kids are very easily frustrated and mine sprained her arm while trying to spin herself because it would not go and she was determined to make it work. It’s just not good at all and I can’t recommend it.
