The plastic "rope" has kinks/bends in it that wont come out. The width is instubstantial. Can you jump with it? Yes. So if the cheapest possible thing is what you seek, this is second only to a piece of actual rope. Theres no swivel. I will continue to look for something better.

The "rope" is actually hollow plastic tubing which is too light for my liking. Some people may like it like that but I want a little more weight in the "rope".

Finished my 2nd work out with it. Works well. Had to tie 2 knots in it to get the length I need & I'm about 5'11". Have Fun & God Bless!

It truly is lightweight. The handles are comfortable. I think adjusting the length would be easy. But the rope twists on itself and when you stop jumping it winds up something terrible. It sticks to itself so much it makes it impossible to use. I have a return label and need to make a trip to Kohl’s to return to Amazon.

It does its job well. I jump rope outside and the pavement does a number on the plastic tubing that hits the ground. But easy to adjust and the small handles fit nicely in my hands.

Wouldn’t work for me .. I get stuck using skipping rope and always getting stumbled.. sorry seller but this rope is really bad.

The rope works if the length fits you. but the term adjustable doesn't work well. You have to just hold the rope end which is not so comfortable during doing exercise

This is a good product to start off especially if you’re a beginner, and this is perfect for beginners Period it’s really light weight and it is easy to hold. It’s plastic so don’t let it hit you in your ankles because then it will hurt. I learned that the hard way
