Wonderful little scissors
These are the scissors that my four year old son's occupational therapist recommended. I was nervous when they arrived because they look tiny, but they are wonderful and he was cutting out shapes like a pro in no time.

I would recommend these
I am an occupational therapist in the public schools. It is astonishing how many children are left-handed. Most are expected to use right-handed scissors or those advertized as either--which are not. If you are right-handed, try using true left-handed scissors in your right hand and you will see that life is much easier for a left-handed person with the proper implements.
