Definitely follow the sizing guidelines. I usually buy a small in these tops but I’m a 34D and they recommend a medium and that’s what I bought and it fits perfectly! Really like the feel of the material. I took out the pads (I usually do) and it looks fantastic.

I ordered this on a whim. Normally, I do NOT want even the possibility of my midsection peeping out due to 3 kids and stretch marks, but I wanted something less bulky for working out. Amazon suggested a small would fit me best, but despite the fact that I wear a small in shirts and XS in jackets, I ordered a large because that's what I wear in every sports bra. I was right. I don't think I have particularly large boobs or chest/shoulders (in fact, my sizing in shirts and jackets suggests otherwise), but a large is the only size that comfortably fits me in sports bras. Same with this top. It is a sports bra with a little length. I'm wearing it with extra high rise joggers in this pic, but I also tried it on with high rise leggings, and it does peep the midsection a bit, but it still offers a smidge of coverage. First thing I did was toss the padded inserts. I hate those things. It feels pretty snug enough without them. For reference, I'm 5'4", 110-115 lbs, and 34C bra. Someone of similar stature with fewer miles on the old body might want a medium, but the large keeps things tucked in and under control pretty well while also offering a modicum of coverage.

I'm right between a medium and large though according to provided chart I should be a medium or small, but based on what a friend ordered I knew that wouldn't be correct and got both a large and medium. Medium is still a little snug without the pads (pads are crap anyways, I'll get to that) and not enough length for the built in bra shelf to fit as I'd like, so I'm popping out the top more. Large was better and more comfy, just a little looser in the boob area and tighter in the waist than I'd like, but still good for low impact activities and around the house. I'm wide in the shoulders/chest and found this to fit better than most sports bras. Thin straps don't always bother me but these do a little, mostly on the medium which I kept cause I'm between sizes lately. It's more snug and so would probably work for more high impact activities.Found the pads to be a really odd shape for me anyways, they are too small and too heavy of padding, they don't work. The way the built in bra is the pads have all the wiggle room throughout the whole front area and sides (I could not get them into the same position and to stay) which is great to arrange them how you need but then some stitches will definitely be need to be added so they will actually stay. My friend did not do this and uses the pads, she says they slide around a lot. I don't care for padding anyways so I was already likely going to remove them so no loss there for me.

Beautiful color for cool toned fair skin. Flattering cut and buttery soft fabric. Great support for the ladies too. I will definitely order more colors!
