I ordered this product and it worked out great!!!! I got so many compliments on my hair. The curls are so soft and not fuzzy at all!! (that is if you follow the advice correctly!) use all 3 and do as directed, blow drying with a defuser. Don’t scrunch your hair until it is totally dry. Gently cup your hair in your hands while drying with the defuser until completely dry and it will look fantastic!!! Loved the product !!

My hair is shoulder length and has a little curl and a lot of frizz when air dried and in humidity! Going to Hawaii for a week I needed a lot of help. I saw this advertised and in the travel sizes so I got some. BEST decision ever!! I tried at home the week before vacation and it works great!! I didn’t even take other hair product or air brush to dry/straighten my hair on vacation. Everyone raved how good my hair looked even in the island humidity. Just wash and condition as usual and use this product for great curls. I just scrunched the hair and let it air dry. I haven’t straightened my hair for 3 weeks! I have ordered a hair diffuser to try also!!

It works well it’s just learning how much to use

I have curl type 2C hair, which means its mostly curly/wavy. My hair is low porosity, so product doesnt soak into my hair very easily, and its also baby fine. Most curly hair products leave my hair looking super greasy and they do little for my frizz. Hair that is simultaneously greasy and frizzy not only looks gross, but its also kind of a weird problem to tackle. I am also not a product junkie like a lot of curly hair women. I try to keep my life simple and stream lined and i resent how much of women's time and money are spent trying to look "presentable" compared to our male counterparts. I want a couple of easy products that I can rely on to work well. So, coming from THAT perspective, I am super impressed with the curl keeper original and curl keeper gel. I bought this travel pack so I could test the products before I commit to any bigger bottle sizes. I gave the curl keeper lotion away to a friend because it is too emollient for my hair. This stuff combats frizz like I have never seen WITHOUT any grease. For me, it means these two products are all i need. If your hair is dryer and needs more moisture, then it means you can easily mix and layer this product into your favorite leave-in conditoner or style cream for improved frizz control. The original formula will eliminate frizz and the gel adds hold. I couldnt really figure out the difference between the two formulas. The original is more like a frizz-eliminating serum, in a sense, and the gel works to define and hold curls, even though the ingredient lists are remarkably similar (also can we talk about how few ingredients these products have compared to most hair products? Awesome.). It creates a serious "cast" that scrunches out beautifully. Ive never been able to "wash and go," which has always been a secret dream of mine (lol). But these two products make that possible. I apply to damp hair and i let it air dry (no touching!). My hair looks like a helmet until i flip my hair over and scrunch and then i am left with shiny, perfectly tossled waves and curls. I couldnt be happier! If it is your first time trying this product line and you are afraid to commit to big bottles, try these little ones, first! Thats what i did and i am so happy to find two products that are effective, easy to use, and cost efficient!

Didn't help my hair in the least. Bad buy.

I'm a 2C/3A wavy/curly girl, and I've been on a quest to find curly hair products that work but don't break the bank. This is the first line I tried, and I like the shampoo and the straightening serum, which I put in my hair and then diffuse dry instead of straightening -- it calms my curls down into beach waves. The shampoo helped my curls to "clump" and didn't dry them out. I wasn't impressed with the gel because my hair is on the fine side, so it gets weighted down easily. Those of you with tighter curls may like it. I also didn't care for the smell of any of the products. It's not bad by any means, but it's not that fresh, clean smell I like in a shampoo. In summary, this stuff was fine, and I'll use or pass on what I have, but I don't think I'll buy again.

Just bought this and I love it! I’m type 3B/3C and a colleague gave me a sample of her Curl Keeper styling cream a few months back from which I had great results. So as soon as I got low on my normal products, I decided to try it. Once I saw the travel pack, I decided to go with that instead so I could try the other products. The shampoo is a sudsing shampoo & I prefer low/no poo (like DevaCurl), so I probably won’t buy a full size, but no complaints. The leave in is a little thinner than I’m used to (As I Am), but it gets the job done. The Styling Cream I already knew I loved and once agaIn it didn’t disappoint. The original was the surprise. When I saw it was liquidy, I was immediately turned off, but when some of my hair sections started to dry out before I had applied product, I used the original instead of spraying with water, and I was surprised to see it was more viscous than I thought. It’s still very thin, but it gave me added moisture, definition, and shine. I always finish my wash and go with KeraCare curling jelly (also love As I Am version), because it’s the only product that can tame my frizz, it I still really like these CurlKeeper products. Definitely the styling cream is my fave. Highly recommend the travel pack if you want to sample multiple products before committing to full size.

These products did absolutely nothing for my hair, except create a massive frizz ball. When I applied it to my hair, I immediately knew that it would not do the job for me. There is absolutely no hold in the gel and it only made my curls separate and frizz out. I will most certainly be returning to my standby curly hair product line, Ouidad. I wish I could return these products, as I will never use them again and would not want to share this experience with my other curly headed friends. Please let me know if these can be returned.

This is a great package for travel, we all know how hard it is to get small curly hair care things. I like the leave in conditioner the best, works great even if you're going swimming and stuff. Not the best smelling stuff but whatever you're travelling. Might be a little intense for hair less than 3a.

Was told about this product line from one of my bffs and thought id buy the trial set 1st in case my very picky hair decided (like its done with so many other brands) it didnt like it. But it works great! Really like the gel and the liquid styler, jury is still out on the cream styler as i think it might weigh down my hair too much. That being said I will be buying this product again for sure.

Products leaked. Lost 1/3 of each bottle. As they are trial bottles that is a problem.

All the liquid came out… the packaging was wet… vey unhappy…
