Better quality than I expected. Easy to set up and functioned as expected. My father had the same model before not the rugby like he had before but he likes it all the same.

Phone description said it was unlocked as to carrier. It would not work on AT&T network Locked to Verizon. I returned it to seller. Seller received it 7/22/2024. Today 8/29/2024 still no refund. Didn't know Amazon A-Z guarantee only means they will contact the 3rd. party seller. Guess Amazon is trying to give E-Bay some competition. Sad part was it had been purchased as a gift. It turned out OK. Another relative found just the right phone on Walmart's website. No more third party purchases for me from anybody.

This phone is very well made. It is easy to operate for my 90 yr old Dad.

I got this phone for my car to call people, play songs and for emergency needs.I know this was not a smart phone and did not want a smart phone. I use Mint Mobile and it works great.I have used Sonim for more then 15 years and love the ruggedness and the fact they are waterproof.Ringer is very loud. Put a boat float on it and it will be great of back water rafting.The Sonim 3 year warranty, break it and we replace it is great peace of mind. I used my old Sonim as a kids jukebox, keys can be locked; they get get it wet, though it, use it as a hammer and it still works great.

There's nothing bad I can say about device, I was desperate to get a good phone for my mother in-law, and I found one of the best phone,she can use a smart phone, but this phone is heavy duty phone, and very easy for seniors, I really recommend for people who wants a flip phone,one of the best phone ever buy for her!!

This product is sold as a refurbished product. I don't know if it had actually been used before. There was cling-film on the displays, and the case was without blemishes. Even the charger was in a sealed plastic bag. The phone didn't have a sim card in it, which was about the only thing that distinguishes it from a new-in-box product that I can think of. Your mileage may vary--maybe I just got lucky, but I'm very happy with this purchase!

Becareful from this seller, bought this nice looking flip phone and thought it read it would be unlocked especially for t mobile that I have. Phone kept asking me for unlock pin. Contacted the seller, and they recommended to change the network manually and so I did over to t-mobile 4g. It still read couldn't access sim network because it needed that darn pin. Even the t-mobile techs couldn't help me figure this out. I went thru the att portal to get unlock code myself and now will see if that works. But this seller should include special instructions on troubleshooting this and how to set this up correctly. I will see to this about their false advertising and very little help from the seller.

Hefty little phone, very sturdy. Able to disable internet, good controls/menus.No instructions except online, and logic is quite different that I was acustomed to...but easy to follow.Very pleased w this phone; exactlya as it was presented on site.
