Not worth anything. It did nothing for me

I actually bought these for my brother, who has recently started working out more intensely than he has in a long while. He was in the military so he is no stranger to working out, but previously he mostly just ran. He has a tall, wiry build and it is harder for him to build muscle. My mum and I got him a suspension gym so that he could train at home. He is a college senior and shares a house with three other students, so he doesn’t have a ton of room to spread out. Anyway, as I said, he is a great runner, but he has never really tried to build muscle before, but he wants to now, so I thought that this might help him out a bit.He is a night owl, which I suppose is a polite way of saying he has insomnia, so I was a little concerned that he wouldn’t remember to take both doses, but so far he is doing a pretty good job. He has been taking this for about a week and a half and he is doing fairly well. He says that he feels like he has a bit more energy and that his muscle recovery rate seems like it is improving. I think that it will take a little while longer before we can tell for certain if he is really putting on more muscle than he was without the supplement, but he says he feels like he has more energy for everything and he has been working out a bit longer than he was able to before.I bought him two different brands of CLA supplements, and this brand has considerably more CLA than the other brand, 3000 per soft gel instead of 1000, and if that wasn’t enough, the dosage rate is also higher. This CLA provides 12,000 mg daily if you take the recommend dose, while the other CLA only provides 1,800 mg, which is a pretty significant difference.I also got this for my brother because we have a rather strong family history of terribly high triglycerides. I won’t be able to say whether or not the CLA is helping that for a while, but I just view it as an added bonus. I can’t say whether or not this is helping him lose weight because he said he is eating more to fuel his workouts, but that isn’t why I got this for him in the first place. Overall, he has been very happy with this supplement and would definitely recommend it to others. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. However, discounted rate or not, I always give my honest and unbiased review. I depend more on reviews than word of mouth recommendations when I shop on Amazon and I want to try and make certain that fellow shoppers are actually helped to make more informed purchasing choices when they read my reviews.

I received this product at a discounted price for my honest review -I have took these supplements as an add on to my exercise, I didn't really diet at all. I have lost 9.6 pounds from 200 to 191.4 in 30 days. I do run for an Hour 5 x week, so I am not sure if this product helped but I don't feel it hurt in anyway. I would recommend this product to others that are looking for a boost to weight loss, I will update to see if the weight stays off now that I am out of this product.Thank you.

It makes you burp a lot and leave a nasty after taste in your mouth. Plus i used the entire bottom and didn't see any results!

Like the scheduling and the response from my body. Product is easy to take and doesn't have any gassy response like some other products.

I have been taking CLA to help me shred fat in my stomach and arms after receiving this as a promotional item and it's been working wonders! It's only one capsule but I take two! Although most products contain CLA i like it in its pure form! I recommend this to anyone trying to target a trouble area!
