These straps stay in place and don't easily move around on the head. My original strap started getting loose, resulting in air leaks. I have used these straps (very affordable compared to the brand name) without any issue. It is comfortable and like that it keeps the nasal pillow in place. Comes with adjusting clamps if needed. Fits well for me.

Good cheap alternative for the original ones, which are super expensive and not very different in quality. These are good quality for a fraction of a prit

Update: I was able to get them to shrink enough in very hot water. Fits great nowThey used to be 17.5 inches like the product images but last 2 orders I got they were 18.5 to 19 inches. I used to not need to use the clips right away. They are too long now for me and get loose sooner since they start out longer. These used to be my favorite brand I bought 5 times already, very sad now

Reasonable price and just what I needed as I was running low.

Works great with ResMed CPAP machine. Replaced worn outhead strap for a fraction of the cost of the OAP.

Nice fitting head bands, they look and feel like the original head band, and are well made.

They fit well and are easy to install, but they're stretched out in a week or so.

These are great, better than the ResMed version for me. They fit well, are comftorable and the adjusting clips work great. I will be using these going forward.
