The box was damaged. The hoop top and bottom are wrong. The inner hoop does not go with the outer hoop.In all other hoop the size is written on the hoop is on the bottom, when you put it in the outer hoop. This one is upside down. So I am not sure it will line up the embroidery design. So this tells me that may made with two different hoops. I think I will return it.

Love it, seems to be sturdier than the Husqvarna one I have, works great!

I love this hoop and would buy it again in a New York minute L wonder if they have the smaller one

Finally took this hoop out of the box last week and after 4 uses, the hoop closing knob broke up and is now unusable… waste of money as these hoops are not cheap. Would’ve thought for that price, it would’ve lasted a while but disappointment it only lasted 4 times. Do not recommend to anyone
