I’m impressed
In my residence, I encountered a dead zone that significantly hindered my ability to obtain fast internet connectivity, which was quite frustrating given the reliance on the internet for various daily activities and work. Consequently, I made the decision to purchase this device, hoping to rectify the situation and restore seamless internet access throughout my home.I am thoroughly impressed with the device’s remarkable ability to provide me with fast internet access in previously inaccessible areas, such as the far corners of my living room and the bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The product’s quality is exceptional, and it offers comprehensive coverage throughout my entire house, ensuring that every device, from my laptop to my smartphone, can connect to the internet without any issues. If you own a home spanning 1700 square feet, this device is highly recommended, as it effectively addresses the problem of dead zones and enhances overall internet connectivity. However, I must acknowledge that I did not read the instructions thoroughly, which was a mistake on my part. To achieve optimal performance, it is essential to connect the device to your home’s WiFi network and use the extender to extend the coverage, which I did not do initially. Unfortunately, I was unable to test the device without these components, so I cannot provide further assistance in this regard. It is crucial to follow the instructions to maximize the benefits of this device, and I would advise anyone considering purchasing it to read the manual carefully.I commend the creator for incorporating a QR code that allows users to guess the login credentials without disclosing their password, which is a thoughtful and secure feature. The device’s design is aesthetically pleasing, complementing the decor of my home, and it offers a convenient solution for those willing to invest in its premium price point. While the cost may be higher than some other options, the quality and performance justify the expense, making it a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to improve their home internet connectivity.

It does everything I needed it to
I use this product with my 6+ and it does everything I needed it to do. I now have stronger Wi-Fi in areas that it was weak. Set up was easy on the eero app. A card in the box said to unplug the modem, but I don’t think that was necessary. It did take a while for my modem to start back up. I think you just need to go to add device.

Perfect for the price
Easy to install, go to Eero app and add this externder, did not experience whatt other customer was writing of ‚ this is Amazon branded not eero. Bought 3 and all are working with my eero account without problem. Bought refurbished. Comes without original box. Other than that👍👍👍

So Easy to Install and Use
Amazon Eero 6 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 ExtenderWe recently moved into a new home and needed wifi throughout the house. The house is super old with really thick floors and walls, and we were concerned about signal strength. We chose the Eero system for a few reasons and we've been really happy with it.One: It's incredibly easy to setup. You follow the instructions to plug in the Eero, then download and register the app on your phone, then you're done! The extenders are equally easy to use; you just plug them in and register them in the phone app. Need to plug something (like a printer) directly into the network because it doesn't have a wifi card? The Eero has a single ethernet output port on the back and you can plug a printer directly into that or (even better!) plug in a switch (we use the NetGear 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch GS608) to the Eero and use that as an extension bridge to take on multiple ethernet lines. And I know all that might sound complicated but it is really SO EASY to set all this up. Plug-and-play!Two: It's so good at juggling network traffic. Eero maintains two networks--a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz--rolled up as one and manages what needs to be on the 2.4 (Echo/Alexa and most "smart" devices) and what needs to be on the 5 (everything else, like your laptops and televisions). Eero also juggles which items need to be using the main Eero device and which need to be on the extenders you may choose to scatter throughout the house. You do not have to manage ANY of that; the Eero does it all automatically and seamlessly.Three: The app is gorgeous and so easy to use. It gives you a little notification when something new joins the network and you can rename it (like "Echo-Bedroom" or "Laptop-Husband") and categorize what type the device is (Security Camera, Laptop, Tablet, and so on). You can block items from the device if you need to. You can create a special guest network and password for your guests to use. You can see your download and upload speeds in case you want to check whether you're getting what you paid for from your carrier.Four: The signal we get from the Eero is super strong! I don't regret buying the extenders, but I'm not sure we needed more than the one we put out in the (detached) garage. I would recommend buying and setting up the base Eero first and then buying the extenders later if you decide you need them. You can add the extenders at any time without disrupting the network setup--you literally just plug them in and walk away!--so there's no need to buy them upfront until you're sure you need them.~ Ana Mardoll

Just get it.
Had a Nighthawk WiFi router, and even with extenders we had dead spots in our 4000 sq foot home. Got the eero router and a few eero extenders. Installation is easy, internet speed is very fast. Signal strength is excellent throughout home. Streaming movies and tv shows is quick. Wish I would have done this long ago. Couple of suggestions. Use your existing WiFi name and password for uninterrupted internet and smart tv’s etc. Otherwise you will have to reconnect all devices which would not be fun. No problems with Ring cameras and doorbell camera, unless you use a Chime Pro extender. If you did, you just have to reboot your Ring unit to get it back online.

eero 6 don't get frustrated.
Needed for Metronet connection. Works well. Does take a few times of unplugging and plugging in again before it connects. Dont know why, but its something to keep in mind if you purchase it. That way you wont think it is not working correctly. I think its a metronet issue and not the eero issue.
